nak tanya kat semua.. according to LAbour Law..

bila kita resign on 5th JUly, one month notice.. supposely our last day will be 4th of august..
betul tak??..
okie.. kalau kita ada unused annual leave sebanyak 7 hari..
kita nak deduct leave tu.. bila last day sebenarnya..
ari ahad kira ke tak??

yeap last day 4th August, minus days of annual leave-kalau kerja 5 hari seminggu, kira hari kerja je la excluding saturday & sunday. Yang bestnya kalau ada sebulan annual leave, company kena bayar balik hehe..

you are right, kalo resign 5/7, last workind date is 4/8, and kalo ada 7 days of annual leave nak offset notice, kena ada Line Manager's approval, then 7 days ni inclusive of sat and sun as well, coz gaji company bayar pun inclusive of sat and sun right? so kalo tolak 7days ni, your last working date jadinyer 29/7

VSS - VOLUNTEER SEPARATION SCHEME

kalo vss camne kira.. kata lar aku dah nam thn kije peh tuh ade leave bal dlm 20 hr, peh tuh termination notis 2 bln, so mcmana  yg biasa employment law kira...

lagi satu apa keistimewaan org vss nih, mcm OKU tak.. maksud aku dr segi pelepasan tax ker, hmm... blh mintak kwsp sikit ker..camne?
