HOw to smaller the size of mp3 ?

well i been looking a method to smaller mp3 file ? i have a album tht i download like 10mb each song !!! so is there anyway ? if possible the quality still the same ...

you can convert MP3 to 0GG format..and maintain the same quality..
just use Freeware Jetaudio to convert it
convert audio / output format / 0GG / configure / choose bitrate 48kbps
