cuba google kem/tribunal apa yek yg berkaitan, tribunal perumahan kot..lupa le plak..ada borang and contoh kiraannya skalii...

kepada pembeli2 yg bakal hendak membeli rumah, please check the background of housing developers...sememangnya housing developers in malaysia tidak boleh harap 100%, mcm hampeh, mcm haram dan bermacam-macam lagi, lebih baik rasanya kita beli tanah sendiri, pastu buat rumah sendiri...developers in malaysia dah tak boleh harap lagi, mcm kereta PROTON jugak...

Nak tambah lagi satu (walaupun dah berabad2 ketinggalan zaman kan)Samudra Developer kat area gombak....memang hampeh giler.....time nak beli tunjuk semua facility ada, siap ada swimming pool, tpt riadah...etc...hakikatnya, padang bola yang ada la ni pun payah nak selamatkan cos dah jual kat developer lain.....

masalahnya.............kebanyakan developer yg 'so-called major player nih' byk dapat kawasan yg bagus2 cth - talam provides affordable homes for many and for example, one  good area which they acquired is belakang bukit jalil (puncak jalil) sampai cyberjaya........ puncak jalil/lestari puchong/ nih is sandwiched by bandar kinrara/bukit jalil and taman equine, pastuh ader pasar borong, the biggest giant in mesia (kat kinrara), jusco, skang nih dorang tgh buat another giant and tesco kat kawasan equine, and this area dekat cyberjaya & putrajaya, direct non-toll access to kl, putrajaya,bangi and klia.........to me kenkadang not only developer yg penting...............location, location, location.....for those who like this area but can't afford kinrara, talam houses are the next reasonable choice

another thing.........i tak keje ngan talam hokay

UTK CHECK DEVELOPER  YG HAMPEH,SAPE ADER KENGKAWAN KEJA KAT SPNB BOLEH TOLONG DEPA CHECK KAN..SEMUA LIST UP TO DATE DIAORG BOLEH BAGI TAPI TAK OPEN TU PUBLIC LER...PROJEK MANA YG JALAN,TENGAH JALAN DAN TAK AKAN JALAN LANGSUNG PUN DIAORG TAU...WALAUPUN DEVELOPER CLAIM AKAN JALAN..SEBAB SEMUA TRACK RECORD DIAORG ADER PEGANG...

I was previously working with property developer, but rumah mmg siap on time, normally kalau the first who sign spa jer yg akan dapat LAD... terlambat skit dlm 30 hari gitu lerr. for me kalau developer tu develop satu kawasan yg besar, mmg diorg terpaksa buat betul2 sbb nak maintain nama baik diorg, tp kalau developer yg kecik2, project pon hit n run mmg high risk, walaupon harga agak rendah. Projek yg besar2 tuh harga tinggi sbb diorg terpaksa absorb all common cost mcm jalan raya ler.. stp lerr.. mcm2 yg akan share with other future development

kalau magna prima ok tak?? ada beli apt kat shah alam tu.. tak siap2 pon.. kata hujung tahun lepas utk fasa 1, ye ye aku berebot fasa 1.. tp sampai la ni.. hampehh

aku beli umah kt puncak alam...under shah alam2, developer rbland...mmg ok...umah siap cpt..even blom smpai due nyer pun...tgk kualiti ok...org yg duk lama pun ckp umah ok.. kontraktor yg renovate umah pun ckp umah shah alam2 ok..

Ade sesapa penah dgr bad reviews  ttg developer2 ni tak:
1. equine tech plus (equine area)
2. paramount sdn bhd (kota kemuning)
3. berjaya properties (area bkt rimau)
or any other dev yg skarang ni problematic. it seems that bank macam maybank is very cautious of developers utk bagi home financing. teliti betul tanye detail...huhu...
