adeh, mcm ofis kerajaan malaysia.. takmo angkat phone. haku siap tekan 1 for english. bukan 2 utk bhs melayu. hehehe
aiiishh, buat malu kat org jer. pastu borak2 boleh plak misplaced document haku. ngeeeeeeeeeeeeee :@
