try tido awal.. n bangun pagi sekitar jam 3 or 4 pagi..
bangun pagi terus mandi..
pastu buat solat malam, tahajjud, solat sunat, qiyamullail, zikir..
amalkan secara konsisten..
terapi ni mujarab untuk segala jenis penyakit fizikal n mental..
even untuk ketagih dadah, ketagih sex n whatsoever..
even untuk kanser sekali pun, ada di buat kajian.. |
