ahahaha...berat sblum mngandung 55kg.. so mengandung maaaaa..dapatla 74kg... lepas berpantang trun jadi 60kg,..
6 bulan trun lagi tinggal 55kg n tu berat minggu lepas..(sebab menyusukan anak)
minggu nih trun lagi 54kg...
menyusukan anak paling senang nak turun berat dgn cepat.. mase bpantang bjaya trun +-15kg |

Pagi tak sempat makan sbb byk kerja..tp sempat telan roti je
Ngan tea mix HL
Tengahari - Roti bong n lauk kari ayam
Petang/malam - Alaskan burger and ayam (KFC) ngeh ngeh ngeh
**Minum air yg banyak
so total kalari di amnbik
lebih kurang 900kcalYang dibakar - Aku g cuci tangki 0.5m3 sebijik selama sejam and berjalan kaki di plant |
