OperationExecutive / Assistant
Responsibilities
  • Assist in carry out day to day office operations and activities
  • Assist in handling worker, hostel and transportation management
  • Assist in immigration matters regarding foreign worker
  • Perform and support other ad hoc assignment, any other duties and responsibilitiesdelegated by the superior from time to time as require

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder.  Fresh graduate isencouraged to apply.
  • Able to work under flexible condition.
  • Able to work longhours and during weekend.
  • Able to work underpressure.
  • Good communication andinterpersonal skill
  • Post own transport
  • Willing to travel

Administration/ Account / Human Resource / Payroll Executive
Responsibilities
  • General office and groups companies administration.
  • Maintain the companies AR, AP, Balance Sheet and Profit report
  • Responsible for the full spectrum of human resources job functions.
  • Responsible for the management of the monthly payroll system.
  • Maintain an effective records maintenance system.
  • Handling incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • General administrative duties.
  • Additional tasks as required by superior.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • With working experience in the Human Resource or Administration will be an added advantage.
  • A good team player with positive attitude, good organizational, planning and coordination skills.   
  • Possess initiative, careful and meticulous on details.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to complete task in time given.
  • Able to work under flexible condition.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
