pernah tengok kt TV dulu, orang french memang bangga dengan budaya hidup diorang. kat sana gym pun tak popular katanya. Most of them prefer gaya hidup sihat, banyakkan berjalan, dan sentiasa appreciate masa untuk nikmati makanan walaupun hanya sepotong timun. Diorang makan tak gelojoh macam kita nak cepat habis jer.
tapi ikutkan kita punye menu tak lah seteruk americans kot. Sebab kalau kita makan nasi campur, still lagi boleh pilih lauk yang berkhasiat macam sayur/ulam, ayam/ikan. cuma mungkin buah2 bukan amalan orang Malaysia sangat lah.. hehe..
lagi satu, budak2 dari negara jepun pun diajar makan berkhasiat. |

Certainly! French school lunches have long been admired for their quality and balance, often contrasting with the typical American school lunches. Let's explore what makes French school lunches stand out and how technology, like FrMenu, can play a role in improving school meal programs:
Balanced Nutrition: French school lunches are known for their emphasis on balanced nutrition. Students are served a variety of dishes that include fresh fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and dairy products. This approach ensures that children receive essential nutrients for their growth and development.
Cultural Connection: French school lunches often incorporate elements of the country's rich culinary tradition. This not only exposes children to diverse flavors but also fosters a connection to their cultural heritage through food.
Educational Component: In France, school lunches are viewed as an educational opportunity. Students are taught about the importance of food, how it's sourced, and the benefits of a balanced diet. This educational approach can have a lasting impact on their eating habits.
Tech Advancements: Here's where technology comes into play. Platforms like FrMenu can enhance school lunch programs by providing schools and parents with valuable information. These platforms can offer digital menus with nutritional details, allergen information, and ingredient sources. This allows parents to make informed decisions about their children's meals.
Menu Customization: With technology, school lunch menus can be customized to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. Parents can use apps like FrMenu to specify their child's dietary needs, ensuring that they receive meals that are safe and suitable.
Transparency: Technology also brings transparency to school lunch programs. Schools can use digital platforms to share information about the sourcing of food, its nutritional value, and even the environmental impact of their choices.
In summary, while French school lunches are often praised for their quality and nutritional value, technology can further enhance the school dining experience. Platforms like FrMenu contribute to transparency, customization, and education, making it easier for both parents and schools to provide healthy and culturally rich meals to students. This ensures that school lunches not only nourish young minds and bodies but also instill a lifelong appreciation for good food.
