Fill up your time with activities.. hang out with your friends.. Guy friends.. why not girl friends?, coz u tend to get yourself in a rebound relationships and u'll ended up hurting another person..
Download and watch tonnes of movies/series to keep yourself occupied but avoid romantic/love stories..
And maybe it is time for you to be close to your creator.. that is one of the way for you to have clear mind and heart..

Hi, TT. You seem to be a very loyal person. In my honest opinion, it is normal to have difficulty in moving on since you just break up and already devoted the feeling for three years. It took me almost four years to get rid of my "late" ex-boyfriend memories eventhough we were in relationship for just one year. Sedihnye la hai.. I tau macam mana rasa menangis dalam tido tu  tiba2 bangun pagi mata sembab, bantal lembab.. Betul2 nangis. Sakit bro.
Boleh je nak move on tapi sengaja pilih tak nak move on. Hanya org yg pernah alami sakit putus cinta saat cinta yg sangat mekar tu mengerti..
Apa yg i buat cuma setelah setahun baru betul2 move on ( walau kadang2 sakit hati tu masih berbekas) - LEPASKAN KERANA ALLAH. yakin Allah akan mengutip segala rasa tu dan menggantikan dgn hati yg baru. Kalau rindu kt sidia, ingat apa yg dia tengah buat dgn bini dia. Tengah sedap peluk bini dia, bahagia, ketawa.. Tapi kita? Masih terpuruk rasa yg mustahil kembalikan dia kepangkuan.. Fikirlah. Kalau kau seorg lelaki beragama Islam, ringan2kan kaki utk solat wajib berjemaah di surau/masjid, dengar kuliah agama, amalkan baca Al Quran setiap hari, amalkan tahajud setiap mlm. move on je la weh, aku pun nikah dengan orang yang aku tak kenal. Happy je beranak pinak. Kadang2 ko kene terima Allah dah plan untuk ko. Janji jangan tinggal solat dan tercicir ke embah maksiat.
