Job Description
•5 days of working days
•Assist Sales Team to prepare sales documents such as invoice, delivery order and PO
•Assist Administration Team in administration & Accounting
•Assist Managers and Executives to liasie with Distributor on pricing and product availability
•Able to communicate with co worker and client well, polite, efficient, well presented and timely service
•Work together to maintain office cleanliness   
• Salary 1500 (depending on experience)


Job requirement
• Female
• Start on March 2016
•        SPM/Diploma in any field
•        with 1-2 years working experience in related field, fresh graduates/entry level applicant with good learning attitude ill also be considered.
•        experience in using MS Office (excel, word, power point & outlook)and basic knowledge of IT/Finance will be advantages
•        Effective oral and written communication, must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English. Preferable a good Muslim & perform solat 5 times a day.
•        Ability to prioritize and self motivated. Able to work with minimum supervision and take full responsibility for assigned task.
•        Posses own transport with a valid license (B2 or D) is an essential
