Descriptions:
- Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services.
- Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.
- Perform after call work (administration work) in accordance to the set procedures with zero defect.
Requirements:
- SPM, Diploma or Degree holder in any related field with a minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Have positive working attitude and enjoy assisting and interacting with customers.
- MUST be able to work on shift basis.
- Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Fresh Graduates Degree / Diploma are encouraged to apply.
- Open to MALAYSIAN citizen only.
Salary range: RM 1800 – RM 3000 + Allowances +Permanent Staff Benefits
