CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (IMMEDIATE HIRING)

Job Descriptions:
- To handle incoming calls professionally, assess customer's inquiries or complaints and fast decision making.
- Apply proper phone etiquette to manage various customer situations and achieve first call resolutions where necessary.
- Perform all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements and complaint management processes.
- Provide top notch customer support that leaves the customer happy and satisfied.
Requirements:
- SPM with minimum of 1 year working experience in Customer Service field.
- Fresh Diploma or Degree holder in any field are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to converse in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude and enjoy interacting with customers.
- MUST be able to work on a rotating shift, weekends and Public Holidays.
- Extensive job training will be provided for successful candidates.
- Willing to work at Selangor or Kuala Lumpur.
