Responsibilities:
Prepare,compile and sort documents for data entry Check sourcedocuments for accuracy Verify dataand correct data where necessary Obtainfurther information for incomplete documents Update dataand delete unnecessary files Combine andrearrange data from source documents where required Enter datafrom source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.
Requirements:
Diploma /Degree holder with or without experience. Accuratekeyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed. Proficientin relevant computer applications such as MS Office. Knowledge ofclerical administrative procedures. Highattention to detail and able to work under pressure.
