Responsibilities:

  • Prepare,compile and sort documents for data entry
  • Check sourcedocuments for accuracy
  • Verify dataand correct data where necessary
  • Obtainfurther information for incomplete documents
  • Update dataand delete unnecessary files
  • Combine andrearrange data from source documents where required
  • Enter datafrom source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms.

Requirements:

  • Diploma /Degree holder with or without experience.
  • Accuratekeyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed.
  • Proficientin relevant computer applications such as MS Office.
  • Knowledge ofclerical administrative procedures.
  • Highattention to detail and able to work under pressure.
