Tengok Buletin Utama semlm...state selangor kata belanja tebatan

Banjir kat area Shah Alam perlukan jumlah yg besar RM 5 Billion..

(maybe ambik masa yg lama..step by step to settle..@ pun buat deq je..??)

So now ni bandar SA dah terjangkit fenomena Hujan lebat sikit BANJIR..

Unsangkarable la...so sesapa yg beli property area SA ni..tak risau ke..?

Value jatuh...

actually tak ler semua tempat kat shah alam banjir bila hujan lebat.. now ni lebih tertumpu kat area TTDI Jaya & Kg Kebun Bunga je (opposite CSR).. area lain still ok.. harga rumah kat shah alam ni still mahal..

Tapi rasanya efekted juga kat area Bkt Jelutung tu..sbb bila

banjir kat area berhampiran org2 kat bkt jelutung tu tak leh nak pi

mana..terkepung gitu...dan lagi semlm MB selangor sendiri

ada mentioned SA dikelilingi oleh 10 btg sg yg cetek & tersumbat..

kan ke rumah besar2 kat area stadium tu pun air sampai atas jln masa

banjir besar thn lepas..?

Rumah kat area SA mahal sbb kat KL dh tak de tanah..

& lagi dolu-dolu org tak tau SA ni pun byk sg keliling dia...

dulu i plan nak beli Alam Budiman.. kat tepi ITM baru tuh.. tp bila survey balik.. location dua bawah bukit.. & dekat lah pulak.. dengan sumber air2 bertakung.. xjd pulak...

u all perasan tak.. dekat itm kampus baru tuh.. ada mcm satu kolam air bertakung.. org kata tuh pasal.. perparitan tak betul.. tuh yg bertakkung... takut nt. merebak kat kawasan sekitarnyer..

setahu eija.... itu bukan air bertakung... kolam tu memang dah sedia ada.. kolam semulajadi... bleh memancing lagi.. weekend ramai memancing kat situ.. air pun hijau jer... eija dah tinggal di situ lebih 3 tahun & dah beli pun rumah di NusaRhu.... blum ada masalah banjir lagi lar.... lagipun kawasan tu berbukit... insyaallah.. kawasan tu okey sbb banyak lagi kawasan lebih rendah... Alam budiman tu pun bleh dikatakan tinggi jugak kawasan dia...

kawasan tu bagus untuk investment... contohnya.. dulu eija beli NusaRhu dengan harga RM242,000.00 sekarang harga dah naik RM269,000.00... padahal kitorang baru jer dapat kunci last month..

kalau keje sunway...boleh aje...make sure ada jln alternative nak keluar bukan harapkan federal aje...sbb kalau banjir CSR tu kena..

lg satu kena hati2 ngan anai2...sbb my cousin dua2 umah dia kat sec 7 & sec 20 ada anai2...buat pest control once a year 1k...lain2 tempat I tak tau sst....sorry utk org s. alam kalau tempat u all bebas dr anai2 :tq:

buat masa ni harga rumah mcm tu jek la..
kat TTDI tak sure la..
TTDI jaya banjir org seksyen lain masih leh gi keje...gi kl..heheh..tapi ade gak org yg rumah kat TTDI jaya tak kena banjir tapi takleh nak gi keje sebab x leh nak lalu ...
