Yg ni kna tnya kwn² loya kaka bughit.
Tp kot dlm ni ada tatau la khuenss.
Personal experience sbb ada ank² menakan bukan darah daging,bil meols dh bg siap² waktu idop.
Mcm duit asb, fd,keta.
Depa² suma dh 18thn ke atas dah.
Tanah² tadak.
Seeloknya nk hibah reta time tgh idop spy xbcekau adik bradik lain.
Bil tiada ank sendri.

Tukar nama terus tu agak bahaya chuols. Baik buat hibah bersyarat supaya cth dia tk jual rumah yg tgh kita duduk ni.

Org selalu salah anggap pasal hibah ni. Hibah ni maksudnye pemberian semasa hidup. Takdak dlm islam hibah ni lepas mati baru jadi milik si polan ni. Tu namanye wasiat. Dan wasiat boleh dicabar dan digantikan dgn faraid kalau ada waris kadim yg tak puas hati.

Tapi dlm undang-undang manusia, ada something yg kite pggl ikatan amanah. Tp tertakluk utk hartanah jelah. Ha yg ni nama ko dlm geran akan bertukar jadi pemegang amanah, masuk bicara pusaka pun majistret akan ikut dlm surat ikatan amanah sape penerima amanah tu

Kalau rumah ke tanah i suggest pergi loyer nanti dia buatkan tukar nama semua dgn pejabat tanah. tukar nama based on rega property ikut pejabat tanah. Nanti pejabat tanah akan kuarkan satu form apatah tak ingat tapi yg iols ingat part "pemberian atas dasar kasih sayang"...

Rege loyer tak ingat tapi iols ada bayar dlm 7k juga 10 tahun dulu tapi depends on loyer kut.

Ya better hired loyer sistur.. unless asb dia ada hibah sndri..kena sign2 borang bagai kat pnb n tetiap thn ada fees dia..

Amik loyo mahal agt le plk.. tp kalo itu saje jln buat aje laa.. aku tetiba je riso.. rete tak le byk.. tp aku riso ade le plk yg nuntut atas dasat peraid..

Yep.. tgh idup ni mmg aku nak bagi.. satu aku tak nak anak aku susah turun naik berantam dgm tok la pk sedara lee.. cth dah byk .. dayahlee.. so mmg aku nak bg siap siap..
