A MAN has been arrested after he was caught having sex with an inflatable raft - for the FIFTH time.

A neighbour called police in Hamilton, Ohio after spotting Edwin Tobergta, 32, romping with the pink swimming pool toy.

According to a police report he was "completely naked" and "having sexual relations with the rubber pool float".

Tobertga has been charged with felony public indecency.

And prosecutors have warned him to expect time behind bars because it's the fifth time he's been arrested for the same crime.

In fact, just two years ago he was caught bonking the SAME blow-up toy.

In 2011 the raft's owner caught Tobertga in an alleyway behind his house, "mounting" the inflatable "with his pants down around his ankles".

The witness claims he shouted at him to stop and Tobertga fled with the float, only to be caught and arrested later on.

Speaking after his latest brush with the law Tobertga's grandmother Linda said: "He has a lot of mental problems and he's always had a fascination for plastic.

"We never could get the proper care for Edwin. It's like nobody cares."

Grandma dia kata memang ada mental problem..hantar ker ke institute orang mental..coz klu budak2 nampak waktu dia mengesek dengan rubber raft or float..sure truma...
