weekend lepas try buat satay daging resepi Kak Noor..sedap tp zie bakar atas ddapur gas jer..berasap satu rumah..nasib baik rumah takde smoke detector..kalau idak mau ia meraung cam kisah junadinda tu. Lenkali nak cuba bakar dlm oven pula. TQ Kak Noor utk resepi ni.

bakar atas arang lah pulak Zie tengok perbezaannya...dlm oven kurang sedap lah..nanti sate tuh jd agak kering

Kak Noor, rumah zie takde dapur arang:nyorok: keadan rumah sewa tak mengizinkan..sedapnya kalau bakar dgn arang kan..semerbak bau.

kak noor nak tanya sket....kenapa ye bila shery buat sate...lepas bakar sate tu mcm kering....dia tak berminyak mcm kak noor punye tu.....dah renjis..minyak ngan serai dah...

1) jgn terlebih bakar, nanti jd kering gak
2) buh sama kulit2 ayam, baru la nampak berminyak..kalau buh semua isi tak best

w'pun akak buat sate guna bahagian dada, tapi akak guna kulit ayam bahagian dada t'sbt..lemak2 ayam pd kulit akan cair masa bakar, so don't worry sesekali makan lemak :nyorok:

ekekekkeke... boy la kak noor. nunu biasanya tunggu dia balik kelas baru start masak untuk buka.

ff:skang dia dok asyik cakap nak makan char kuey tiaw. tapi nunu tak tau nak buat kuah kicap char kuay tiaw tu.. orang kata kesedapan char kuay tiaw tu bergantung pada kicap tu. dah berhari2 meneropong resepi tapi tak jumpa. kak noor ada resepi tak?

ada kawan cakap, kicap tu depa buat asing dulu. dah goreng2 nak masak, baru taruk kicap tu.. sebab tu ada orang buat bisnes jual bancuhan kicap char kuey tiaw.. kalau dapat yang kaw, lemak2 gitu...

terliurnya ribena tengok satay nih..
kak noor, kak nor buat sate ni beli ayam then potong sendiri isinya atau beli isi ayam kat pasar? ada rahsia atau cara tak nak potong ayam nak cucuk tu? sori soalan budusss :tq:  ribena nak buat ahad nih untuk open house.. dah beli pun dapur arang kat ikano power centre rm 13 hinggit jer.. arang 10 hinggit..

huda cayang, akak guna oven bukan grill..suhu 180'C selama 1 jam..ikut saiz ayam lah jugak..
