Perasaan..?... I duduk at one corner of the airport..took out my exercise book and baca catitan
perjalanan saya. I terbayangkan wajah2 yang telah membantu kami sepanjang pengembaraan
kami..sejak saya mula menjejaki kaki di Gatwick Airport with zero knowledge..memikirkan
where do i begin fr here..mana nak pergi..then ada juga saat2 cemas bila kami belum pasti
mana nak tinggal..
but..alhamdulillah..dimana2 kami pergi..there are good ppl around. you just got to get connected.
I am also so thankful to this forum board..secara tidak langsung memberi semangat dan
keyakinan kerna byk tips and panduan in my perjalanan.
Keseluruhannya...I am satisfied and happy ...pengalaman yang amat berharga buat saya..
I can share my pengelaman..but u cannot feel the beauty of the journey... |

Nora, bestnya baca your experience!... you can actually write a book or articles in magazine about your journey. To go backpacking is one thing, to record the whole experience and tell others about it is another... tak semua orang boleh buat macam ni. You go girl :pompom::pompom:

Seronok baca.. nak tambah credit jugak... Last whole winter saya gi Europe gak (3 months) tapi bukan backpack... stay kat rumah kawan. Naik Emirates (mmg best espcially the ICE (flight entertainment). Saya juga telah berjaya mencilok selimut, mangkuk dan sudu garfu plus the bantal kecik... altogether ada 4 sets.. sbb KL-Dubai-Paris and returni, so 4 kali dlm different flights.
In Paris 18 hari. And a night trip to Honfleur (northen France... dapatla sentuh English channel (laut). The only regret is tak pergi Istana Versailles.. frust sgt sampai sekarang sbb tak baca details. Kubur Jim Morrison di Pare Lachaise pun pergi tengok.. sbb dekat.
After Paris, saya naik Ryanair (macam AirAsia) tambang murah abt RM120 to Milan (ada kawan gak), fetched me to his home at Southern Swiss (Lugano). This is Italian part.. so basically everything is Italian.. Northen part of Swiss is German. And Western part is French.
2 weeks flight back home from Paris, Saya gi Cote d'Azur... southern France.. Monaco & Monte Carlo, Nice, Cannes dan sepanjang pantai tu... Nice is very nice. Nampakla rumah si Elton John atas bukit dari laut... Beckham pun ada gak rumah kat Nice. Sentuh plak Laut Mediteranean.. Seminggu kat situ then on 18 March flight from Milan to Paris dengan Easyjet (another low cost dlm RM120). 19 March flight Paris-Dubai-KL.
Masa di Swiss, kat TV bnyk program dokumentari tentang European history... Antaranya The French Revolution, Mozart, Versailles, Mary Antoinette, Leonardo da Vinci... but since that part is Italian... bnykla tentang Italian things.. including Mona Lisa painting by Leonardo.
My advise.. go to
-The Louvre (I paid 12 Euro Nora) if possible take 2 days sbb besar teramat sgt. http://blog.cari.com.my/Filem tak sabar jugak nak nonton : Da Vinci Code... Novel by Dan Brown tu dah habis baca dah....
-Istana Versailles... ada filem tentang Queen Mary Antoinette akan keluar end July ker bila ker tak pasti (Kirsten Dunst)
Dlm Mission Impossible 3 ada scene di Rome & Vatican city ... ada bahasa Itali... rindunya pada Itali... especially the very friendly new friends I met and made... |

Just imagine...
18 March (Sat) - di Paris Airport and spend the night (selepas meronda satu airport)
19 March (Sun) - Flight Paris - Dubai
20 March (Mon) - Dubai (tidur kat airport lagik...) pun selepas meronda satu airport
21 March (Tue) - Flight Dubai-KL. Tidur kat KLIA sbb tiba jam 1.30 am.. taknak nyusahkan sesaper
22 March (Wed) - baru dapat mandi
Imagine the jetlag lagi.. pening la jugak seminggu.
Tapi jangan tak tau kat Paris airport ada surau... ramai Arabs/Moroccon solat. 3 sederet... Sebelah surau ada chappel (Kristian), sebelah tu plak ada synagogue (Jews).. muhibbah gitu.
That is the greatest thing about travelling.. you cannot buy the experience... |

Ni Gare de Lyon. Stesen keretapi kalau nak ke selatan, Switzerland atau Itali. Connected dengan Metro.. Senang jer.

Dan inilah dia the nice Nice... mediterranean climate ... sunny but just 12 - 15 degrees masa winter.. laut Mediterranean tu memang biru original.. bukan touch-up yek...
Tu blom tunjuk gambar Cannes and Monaco lagik... Saya amik bnyk gambar area Cote d'Azur ni sbb cantik teramat... Di Monte Carlo saya singgah minum Cappucino kat cafe yg terkenal .. Le Cafe de Paris.. sebelah ngan Casino yg terkenal seantero dunia tu... |
