Best gila ada badan berpack-pack ni.
Aktiviti swimming aku tak dapat membina badan macam nih.
Terpaksa compromise dgn 3 pack. 2 dada dan 1 big pack kat perut.
Waaaaaaaaaa.

Sambil utk tambahkan sikit berat badan.

Then sekarang BMI dah OK. Not underweght.
Cuma perut je terbesar sikit.
Buat sit up exercise Ok tak?

Bata, kos selalu masuk pertandingan bina badan ke?

hehhee..ok...
semua stroke swim adalah gerakan menarik betul tak? menarik diri kita ke depan.
so adalah normal swimmer mempunyai biceps, lats (V-shape) yang besar.
sebab itu adalah primary movers dalam gerakan swim.

tapi kalo chest, tiada, kalau ada pun minor.
sebab chest dan triceps digunakan dalam gerakan menolak, cuba eksperimen menolak sesuatu dari badan kita akan nampak chest muscle bekerja.

swim bukan satu exercise yg bagus untuk build, sebab badan swimmer camtu disebabkan water resistance dan training yg sgt lama. Water resistance tidak setinggi wieghts resistance.
dan atlet tak kisah pn camne badan diorg, sbb nombor 1 yg penting ialah PERFORMANCE in their sports, boleh kata badan mereka camtu disebabkan 'side effect' drpd training.

kalo bodybuilder nombor 1 yang diorg nak ialah HOW THEY LOOK, yg lain seperti kekuatan plak ialah 'side effects'

so kalo nk build the best still weights training, swim EXCELLENT sbg cardio.


pasal perut tu, try tgk diet si audydotnet, excellent abius dah tu rasanye

personally aku tak suke sit ups sebab taxing pada lowerback kalo tk wt betul2..
try crunches atau leg raise

ps: aku tkleh masuk lagi BB comp sebab tk ckup besar daa

Sekarang ni kerana faktor masa dan kewangan, fokus pada swim je lah.

Just wonder kalau masuk competition kena pakai posing trunk kan?

Kat mana nak beli posing trunk kat Malaysia nih?

weights training took less than an hour, klo lebih drpd tu means u clueless...lulz...
kalo tk pergi gym then buat push ups untuk balance kan balik

pasal trunk tu sy tk tau ler, sbb tk pernah ambik tau lg...hehehe
tp skrg posing trunk dah menyerupai strings kt bahagian depan.....huhuh...

errr...aku bukan mod sini...wakakak...
tp masa tu ada gak org tnye mana nk bli posing trunk tp siyesly aku tk tau.

kalo nk tau masa Mr Beach Melaka aritu ada sorg mamat serani posing pakai brief je...wakaka
mungkin dia tkde trunk, pastu dia pakai baby oil je sebab takde tan. hehehe

Hi semua. I'm a girl and I wanted to lose 15 kgs. Dulu berat dlm 60kg skang 75kg uwaaaaaa

Tinggi dlm 168cm

So ni diet plan yg i cuba buat. Nak tanya pendapat otai2 kat sini semua. Ok x diet mcm ni? Exercise plan nak buat JM 30days shred dgn some cardio and a few weight training. Exercise dlm 4 atau 5 kali seminggu.

Ni just rough diet plan yg i buat

Diet plan

Day 1

Breakfast: Sandwich keju (roti wholemeal) dgn 3 biji telur rebus
Snack: 1 gelas susu soya
Lunch: Nasi sesenduk setengah, beberapa ayam, ikan atau daging dgn sayur
Snack: 1 biji epal hijau
Pre workout: Protein bar
Post workout: Protein shake
Dinner: Meal replacement shake
Pre bed meal: 1 gelas susu soya

Day 2

Breakfast: Meal replacement shake
Snack: 1 biji epal hijau
Lunch: Nasi sesenduk setengah, beberapa ayam, ikan atau daging dgn sayur
Snack: 1 gelas susu soya
Pre workout: Protein bar
Post workout: Protein shake
Dinner: 2 keping roti wholemeal dgn lauk ayam, daging atau ikan dan sayur
Pre bed meal: Protein shake

Day 3

Breakfast: 5 sudu oatmeal dgn peanut butter dan low fat milk
Snack: 1 gelas susu soya
Lunch: Nasi sesenduk setengah, beberapa ayam, ikan atau daging dgn sayur
Snack: 1 biji epal hijau
Pre workout: Oatmeal protein shake (susu + protein powder + 2 sudu oatmeal)
Post workout: Protein shake
Dinner: 2 keping roti wholemeal dgn 3 biji telur rebus dgn sayur
Pre bed meal: 1 gelas susu low fat milk

dah dekat seminggu tak pegi gym.lately kemalasan menjadi-jadi2...tiap2 hari bawak baju ..tapi end of t day tak pegi jugak...rasa mcm dah bosan....sbb asyik buat bnde yg sama..
