cinta..ni maksud tiramusi...mntak tlg uncle google..

Tiramisu ni bermaksud "pick-me up' ni adalah merupakan Italian
dessert yang asalnya yang diperbuat dari kek sponge,
coffee ,cheese,cream, gula wine,koko dan rum..ni resepi asal
tiramisu la..

sejarah tiramisu ni asalnya masa perang dunia pertama , masa tu
isteri-isteri di utara Itali ni membekal Kek tiramisu ni pada suami
mereka sebagai bekal untuk pergi berjuang.

cinta...
ni tiramisu eskrim yg adif penah buat....


1 bungkus biskut marie perasa coklat
250 cream cheese
250 thick cream (Boleh tukar dengan whipping cream + plain yogurt)
100g gula kastor
3 sudu besar serbuk koko - bancuh dengan air pekat
1 sudu besar serbuk gelatin - bancuh dengan 3 sudu besar air suam
serbuk koko utk hiasan

Cara:-
1. Thick cream tu putar sampai kental (jgn overbeat) dan simpan dlm peti ais sekejap.
2. Putar cream cheese hingga lembut. Masukkan gula dan putar lagi.
3. Kemudian masukkan thick cream, gaul dengan sudip/spatula
4. Akhir sekali masukkan gelatin dan kacau rata.
5. Celup biskut marie dlm bancuhan koko 1-2 minit kemudian susun dlm loyang.
6. Lapiskan dengan adunan cheese. Ulang semula sampai habis.
7. Biarkan dlm peti sejuk beku. Lapisan atas boleh tabur dgn serbuk koko.
