Haaaa lupa pulak. Workers SM yg kena byr sikit. Orang2 behind the scene ni yg patut kena byr mahal. Diaorg ni the main pillars kot. Muka siap lagu sedap tp tanpa diaorg mmg tenggelam retis. Retis SM kan dah kaut untung, xkan kedekut nau nak byr staff????
Kalau bab artis sapa paling kaya mmg xnafikan artis under YG sbb diorg byk buat lagu sendiri. Mcm Hui Pentagon dgn Woozi Seventeen pon bila baca bakal kaya jgk dgn hasil royalty.
Sorry la iols dulu belajar admin. Byk baca history company sbb nak masok exam punya pasal. So bila bab2 ni iols terus berminat nak menggali gitu..walhal bab kerja xdak pulak serajin mcm ni

Wow. List ni semua idols lama. Bagus jgk diaorg buat lagu at least boleh tampung life diaorg. Iol rasa diaorg mmg kaut duit bila musim CB/debut. Fans confirm nak lagu feveret diaorg main dekat radio/tv/playlist mcm melon. Tu belom lagi kadang2 lagu diaorg ada dekat drama or variety show utk buat BGM. $$$ pakcik kayo~

Advantage
– You can choose to come to work and go home whenever you want (depends on the department)
– The atmosphere is free, you’re free to wear what you want
Disadvantage
– The salary and benefits are absurd. The more you work for this company, the more you lose.
– If you get hired as an experienced worker, you’ll be treated decently
– They especially prefer workers that have worked for major companies
What I wish to the management team
– There needs to be a rational pay and benefits. Please know that the workers are your asset, not slaves.
I do not recommend working for this company

Advantage
– OK atmosphere. The company’s atmosphere is comfortable and nice
– It’s a good company to get experiences since it’s a well-known company
– Aside from your main job, you get to learn and do other tasks as well
Disadvantage
– Just like any other entertainment company, the underpayment is unimaginable. They pay you little but expect so many things. I barely go home on time. A lot of night shifts and some workers have to work on the weekend as well.
What I wish to the management team
– They know why the workers don’t stay at the company for a long time and leave, but they don’t even try to improve it. If you’re making someone work more, you should increase their pay as well.
This company will be the same after a year.
I do not recommend working for this company

Kedekut sgt SM ni.. OT pon x nak byr apatah lagi nak naik gaji.. Patot la ramai lari.. Iols penah terbaca dekat somewhere yg JYP pon sama jgk. Dok kerah staff kerja lebih masa tp xbyr OT. Tp tu dekat US ofis la.. Dekat korea xtau la pulak.. Diaorg x boleh report dgn jabatan buruh ke??kalau dekat msia confirm kena ambush punyaa dgn jabatan buruh. Eh,dekat sana law sama ke dgn msia??? sedangkan strikes berbulan2 dr broadcasting company pon CEO boleh buat dekk je..ni kan pulak Big3 in entertainment. Kan?kan?
sangattttt. apa yang iols baca working condition kat sana generally memang teruk chuols tak kira la kerja kat mana pon.
kalau tengok dari drama pon kita rasa macam hamba je kerja gitu kan. tu pasal bila baca artikel pasal retis2 yang kaya ni netizen sana bukan main salty lagi.
government diorang memang kena buat something la, dah la nak amik orang kerja pon ikut paras rupa n iols rasa takde minimum wage kot.
kannn dia ingat kita ni saja2 buat kerja sukarela isi masa lapang ke haaa talk to the hand yach.
kerja sana kalau convert lumayan la, tapi kos sara diri kat sana tu tak sure ek cemana. cukup ke? macam mahal je

Semalam JBJ n Nuest W buat fanmeeting/fansign..Iols agak terkejut dgn fanservice dr JBJ sebab cara diorg layan fans agak special gitu. Selalu retis baru debut ni malu2 tp diorg bg all out. Untungla sapa dtg fanmeeting semalam. Nih iols tempek pic yg iols jumpa
Bila follow Nuest ni baru iols paham kenapa Baekho cakap Ren sebenarnya lagi manly dari dia. Ren ni muka jenis jambu tp bila dgn fans,dia sgt sweet n gentlement. Baekho ni mcm baby/princess trapped in man's body sebenarnya. Peel pn mcm kekanak.
Lastly
P/s: iols susah betol nak dapat gambar fanmeeting dr Rainz. Kalau chuols ada follow acc twitter utk Rainz, tempek la pic dekat sini. Kesian sgt..tenggelam langsung lepas JBJ debut.
