Tu la sarah.. rosa dah gatal tangan ni nak beli cross trainer.. Semalam dah jln kat fitness concep ...
i know cross trainer kt malaysia mahal..ribu2 kan?
sini x sampai seribu ringgit pon,tp x de lah buttons ke hapa,standard punya,button pun utk count brp dah hayunan..ok la sebab i bukan perlu all those electronic sgt,unless klu i nak count every calories burned..i cuma guna weighing scale saja..
i x rasa those two sama..cross trainer ni jenis hayun kaki depan belakang while elliptical ni kaedah mengayuh mcm bicycle..i have both,but,honestly,cross trainer mmg the best..you dont feel like doing it and sedar2 its like hours standing on it!lagi pun hayunan kaki sgt ringan,you dont feel stress mcm guna stepper..tp,impact superb..
you imagine lavorg pemalas exercise mcm i ni dulu dh tetiba gian senam psl cross trainer ni...hehehe
klu you ada masalah sakit lutut,cross trainer is the best sebab x guna lutut mcm senaman lain like jogging..kira sama mcm swimming,only swim uses whole body...

mmg aku agresif senaman aritu..pas wat burpees 2set terus aku nak pitam..semangat nak kurus tinggi ...
mula2 je la kan rasa pancit,stamina kurang..
after that,proper workout,stamina dh stable,cukup water consuming should be fine..
boleh elak stress tau bersenam ni..
tidur mlm pun mmg confirm lena,,,
psl kurus jgn fikir sgt,sebab tetiba je you akan rasa eh baju dh longgar,pants dh rasa besar,hehehe...
psl pregnant,you kn rajin check,klu notice period lambat dr biasa cpt2 buat test,klu sah sudah ada isi stop senam ok..
klu nak senam pon tunggu third trimester..awal2 x digalakkan..boleh keguguran..

after gruelling 6 weeks of diet + workouts , saya dah turun dari 67kg ke 62kg.
jeans size 28 dah boleh pakai balik...baju size M pon dah muat, kalau tak asik tersangkut kat bahu...saya body type jenis strawberry atau inverted triangle...upper body besar.
skang misi nak turun kan ke 60 kg--> 58 kg--> 56 kg and nak turunkan % body fat.
kena buat stage by stage supaya tak demotivated.

tahniah...... saya hari ahad ni cukup sebulan diet....x sabar nk timbang....huhuhu....x byk pun..sikit pun jadilah....asalkan ada gak hasil..... exercise mmg x sempat...huhuhu...kena susun jadual...utk nk exercise... |

sama ler kita nyer kalori...kena amik 1200/day.... leh gak try wat smoothie... saya pagi2 suka wat roti kukus...bubur oat... |

kt malaysia memang mahal laa..hari tu mak i pi kt fitness concept x silap yg dlm the curve tu..2.5k..
yg mcm i punya dlm gmbr tu jenis lama katanya..
kt sini pre loved £50 je..
i beli baru,dlm £150..around rm650 (masa i beli currency rm x 5),now dh murah sket..
yg i tahu kt taman byk cross trainer tp i x suka la pergi kt public park..i prefer buat in private,so boleh la pakai pakaian senam tanpa perlu pakai tudung.. |

compared dgn threadmill baik you guna strider..ringan sgt n you x rasa mcm you bersenam but actually you are!
lutut x sakit and kaki you x stressful..
perhaps you boleh cuba pergi kt mana2 fitness center sebab dorang mmg ada strider cross trainer ni..give it a try and see
i byk baca org beli threadmill tp end up jd tmpt sidai towel,sidai baju...padahal mahal tau ribu2 ringgit..such a waste of money kan klu x guna..

Banyak ker??? saya target 10kg...huhuhu... saya kurangkan karbo...2 minggu pertama lansung x sentuh nasi. saya sarapan roti kukus, bubur oat...kadang2 kalu masak bubur oat, saya mkn dari sarapan sampai ke ptg...hihi...senaman x rajin sgt...kadang2 jek joging n panjat bukit... semput gak...hehe... |

pastu byk minum air masak...mmg mula2 rasa nk muntah...lama2 ok...pastu mkn buah...dan saya kunyah chewing gum..beli yg less sugar...sbb kalu mulut berangin..mmg x rasa nk mkn...hihihih... |

Kalau nak turun berat badan nak diet bukan bererti tak makan langsung tetapi makan makanan yg bersih ...
Ya betull....saya ikut semua tu dan saya juga pastikan saya akan habiskan 2 liter air kosong setiap hari.
