Assalam! Since pengawas kita tak der, sy nak cuba jawabkan... Waktu period bdn kita keluarkan banyak bendalir, so kalau rasa lapar cuba minum air dulu, kemungkinan badan kita cuma dahaga bukannya lapar... Kedua cuba makan sikit2 tapi kerap, cuba ambil 5-6 hidangan sehari... Saya sendiri kalau lapar mesti minum segelas ( gelas kecik jer) susu rendah lemak, dan makan epal merah saiz kecil sebiji.... Hihihi.. |
