gigih mengumpul motivasi tuk kurus ni... byk sgt cheat day.. n no excersice. come on linalias, wake up!! skit lagi nak turun kelas BMI.. usah sia2kan diet selama ini...dont turn back to normal routine...

nak tanya forumers ni...lau tgh period, mmg lapar ker?

    Assalam! Since pengawas kita tak der, sy nak cuba jawabkan... Waktu period bdn kita keluarkan banyak bendalir, so kalau rasa lapar cuba minum air dulu, kemungkinan badan kita cuma dahaga bukannya lapar... Kedua cuba makan sikit2 tapi kerap, cuba ambil 5-6 hidangan sehari... Saya sendiri kalau lapar mesti minum segelas ( gelas kecik jer) susu rendah lemak, dan makan epal merah saiz kecil sebiji.... Hihihi..

midori, sy tertarik dengan ayat merah tu, silap paham sikit rasanya ni... tugas pengawas bukan jawab soalan...
mesti awk rujuk pada syik kan? syik tu rajin jawab soalan sebab dia banyak ilmu weight loss ni...dan dia nak tolong kawan2 yg kurang ilmu weight loss...

bukan bermakna kena jadi pengawas baru leh jawab soalan...
sapa2 pun boleh jawab dlm thread ni, termasuk awak...sharing is caring...
