kite dah try buat smalam... walopun xcukup bahan... tapi jadik la kot...

tepung jagung tu kite ganti ngan tepung ubi... n lada benggala tu kite ganti ngan tomato... mak cakap sedap gak... ada rasa masam2 manis... ayah pun suke...

kite penah try wat chicken kung pao skali... sedap wat makan sendiri jer... bila hidang kat family, they all makan seketul then xnak dah... sedih tul.. ... tapi aritu telupa bubuh ginger...tapi kite rasa sedap jek... tolongla sesapa nak bg nasihat tentang masakan nih... kite xbape pandai masak termasuklah jarang tolong kat dapur... tolong ekk...

Ekceli kalau ikut yg dimasak kat restoren cina, ingredient die simple je. Sorry la Bee takde actual measurement bg bahan bahan tu. Bee guna

A)Ayam diperap dgn sedikit minyak+tepung jaguna+ garam-- pastu digoreng hingga lebih kurang 3suku masak )


B)Halia - dihiris
Cili Kering
Bawang Besar
bawang putih ( sikit je )
bahan bahan B di atas digoreng cepat atas api yg sgt panas. Bila dah naik bau, masukkan ayam tadi
Pastu masuk sikit kicap pekat ( utk warna je ) garam, gula

boleh tambah sikit air masak klu nak sos

Tu je.... sori ye resipi ni kelam kabut, Bee masak cara agak agak je...

Klu nak masakan cina sedap, rahsianya adalah minyak cukup cukup panas, goreng dgn cpt. Tambah sedikit air masak jika perlu. This apply to fried vege too.
Cthnya:
Panaskan minyak hingga betul betul panas. masukkan sawi + dgn bawang putih yg dicincang, gaul cepat, + garam dan 2 sudu air masak. Bila daun dah lembut, hidang.

Perapkan bersama 15minit:
2 sudubesar sos tiram
1 sudukecil tepung jagung
sekeping dada ayam (saiz kecil) dipotong kecil

Cara:-
goreng hingga ayam masak tapi tak perlu garingkan, ketepikan.Bahan Sos disatukan:
1/4 cawan air pati ayam
1 sudubesar kicap manis
2 sudubesar sos cili bawang putih
1 sudubesar gula - hana gune madu
1 sudukecil garam
1/2 sudukecil tepung jagung.

Bahan Tumis:
1 sudubesar minyak bijan + 1 sudubesar minyak biasa
8 biji cili kering@ 3sudubesar dry chili flakes
2 biji bawang putih*
Halia muda sebesar ibu jari* dihiris
1/3 cawan kacang gajus yang telah dipanggang.
cili capsicum didadu besar
i biji bawang holland didadu besar
Cara-cara:
Tinggalkan 1 sudu besar minyak ayam tadi dan campur minyak bijan,panaskan dan tumis bawang putih dan halia hingga layu.
Kemudian masukkan cili kering, tumis hingga cilli sedikit gareng.
Masukkan bahan sos dan masak hingga sedikit pekat dan naik bau.
Masukkan isi ayam , bawang besar didadu, cili capsicum tadi dan gaul rata selama 5 minit kemudian masukkan gajus dan kacau untuk sebatikan.
Sedia untuk dihidang.
