lagi banyak cream nanti dia runny la pulak tapi eventually dia akan set la tapi tak keras. butter yg buat dia shining. kasi chocolate tu suam2 kuku skit baru tuang atas cake. kalau panas2 dia cair. bila kita kacau2 dia dia akan makin pekat. ikut la kita nak mcm mana kan, pekat or cair skit. |

dari dulu nak try wat kek choc tp tak penah tercapai, sbb oven takde yg best. sekali ma bgtau ada satu oven dia, yg lama, rasanya dah berumur 24 thn!! tp dia pakai just sekali dua jer, so terus gi selongkar basement, tgk tgk tu dia! duk ada lagi....
so try laa recipe mousse Chocolate cake [speedial]
hasilnyer, tada! takde rupa tp taste alhamdulillah. bancuhan tu bleh jadik dua loyan yang tecik , (sbb oven pun tecik) astu dulang menjadik, satu lagi tak jadik sbb overburn sket. Moral: jgn laa mula bancuh kek pukul 11 malam kalau mmg dah seharian keja dan sok nk bgn awal... bakar second dulang dlm tersengguk2 pukul 1 pagi start.
asalnyer nak buat topping, tp sbb bangun pagi tgk tgk tinggal 3/4 , dah kena baham! hahahah, padahal tuan sndiri tak smpat rasa.
so the rest of choc tu tak jadi wat topping instead nak try again sbb tak puas hati lagi....
anyway

personal note: to kak syazwaniadnan (kak ke?) sorry, mmg tam nak wat cheese cake sbg rasmi oven, tapi excited lak ngan choc cake..... |
