wah..baru perasan ada benang bina badan kt sini....

syoknya...penat gak belek benang nie satu2..tak qado lagi nih....

nak faham kan pasal weight lifting...

kt rumah ada dumbell 4lbs, 8lbs, 5kg... barbel 20kg (so far tak penah main tu lagi)

tak mampu nak p gym..keh2..so dok main dumbell nie n byk buat bodyweight training cth push up etc..

reason buat weight lifting is to lose weight n nak ada cutting..keh3..

~nway, aku nie fumfuan..so tgh ushar2 cara y sesuai tuk fumfuan...
so far klu buat pun bahagi kpd 2 bahagian..upper body n lower body..ikut buku..itu pun sendiri2..takut gak la kang cara angkat tak betul..buat seminggu sekali..agak2 tak cukup ker??
apa y jenis weight lifting y sesuai utk fumfuan...aku nie budak baru..lalalala....

skrg nie mood insap.....nak dpt lean body not flabby..keh3.....

cuma mitos bila org fumfuan angkat berat mesti dorg kata nanti besar mcm BB... chooyyyyy......

klu cete kt kwn fumfuan aku angkat dumbell mesti dorg pandang serong..end up buat sendiri2..kebetulan nampak benang nie..so nak sedut ilmu sikitt....keh2..

smlm buat bodyweight= sumo squad, mini squad,lunges guna 10lbs dumbell.. plank dlm 3 jenis (hazab..)

loloq..aku budak baru sila beri tunjuk ajar..

   xlame p0n..dlm 4-5 bulan je..sblm ni xmain besi..juz diet n joging je utk kurangkan berat..dlu aku tmbam kot..berat aku dlm 100kg..then skrg alhamdulillah berat dh tggl 77kg..then start men besi utk cutting

   wow..dahsatnya ko... leh la aku sedut sikit ilmu weight loss...
so far berat aku 78kg...nak kasi turun sampai 55kg-53kg..

dah hilang 10kg dlm masa setahun.....berat aku turun super slow...

~pagi nie dah jog 40 minutes..peh tu buat push up n dip chair..3 set, 10 reps.. tapi berat still maintain...aihhh..hehehe...

ada pertanyaan..

camne nak kasi kuatkan lutut?

lutut nie tak sakit, tapi ada rasa sengal2..terutama time duduk or solat...

tapi time jog tak de lak rasa...

rasa sengal nie sejak naik tangga laju2 itu hari bulan lepas....

kasi tips skit boleh? cadang nak masuk komtar tower run, naik tangga 60 tingkat bulan depan..takut nanti lutut jd lagi teruk...or adakah syik patut berehat dulu?hehehe...

by da way..syik berat..bmi 30.....syik tau berat badan syik beri kesan kt lutut..sbb tu la minta advise cara nak kasi kuat lutut selain dr lose weight...kot2 la ada senaman y berkesan..hehe

    kuatkan otot di sekeliling lutut. paha, hamstring, calf termasuk soleus n gastrocnemius. senaman boleh dibuat leg extention, leg curl atau stiff leg deadlift, standing calf raise, seated calf raise

tapi kan dlm byk2 senaman y bro kasi rasanya cuma nie jer aku leh buat mcm stiff leg deadlift, standing calf raise & seated calf raise.
sebabnya aku bukan ahli gym..so hanya ada dumbell di rumah...


agak2 bape by reps kena buat n berapa set?
