DK...1st of all boleh bgtau tak masa beat whip creamtu jaditak?? jadi mcm yg org biasa buat topping kek Black Forest tak? kalau xjadi and creamtu mencair blk then kita campur dlm adunan Creamcheese, memangla tekstur dia akan berketul dan berbiji...xcantik...yg penting teknik whip cream kena betul dulu...baru kekni  menjadi sebab nanti nak kena fold whip cream yg dah stiff tu masuk dlm adunan creamcheese..lemon marsh letak sebiji, kalau takde marsh selalu ganti dgn 3 biji limau kasturi.Yg gelatin+lemon juice (mesti dah larut) tu kena masukkan dlm adunan dan diadun rata..marsh xde plak masalah adunan berketul-ketul.Tekstur lebih kurang sama dgn yg sebelum letak gelatin ..hope this would help a bit...

masa pukul cheese + whip cream tu, elok lagi...smooth je tekstur dia...
tapi pas letak lemon tu, tu yg terus jadi brbijik2..

lemon+ gelatine tu dk panaskan dlm oven yg macam marsh tulis dlm resepi tu...

DK, panaskan dlm microwave dan kena make sure semua gelatin tu larut...cam susah gak nak larut so marsh tenyeh2 dgn sudu...pastu panaskan byk2 kali dlm microwave oven sampai gelatintu betul2 larut dlm lemon juice..oh pastukan marsh campur sikit air panas (sikit jer) supaya gelatin betul2 larut..erm agak2 sebabtuke dk punya adunan jadi gitu?? gelatin x betul2 larut kot..hope this would help...

option lain..... boleh cairkan dengan menyimpan gelatine dalam bowl dan letak bowl ni di pan yang telah diisi air atas api sederhana..... jangan biarkan terlalu lama nanti mengeras......

Lama tak drop in. Cmputr down + cbuk ngan krje sklah.  Cantik oreo cheesecake marsh. Jeles sbb sy lum order lg gelatine tu. Cbuk memanjang.  Tp smpat jgk buat chilled cheesecake resepi Kak Liza. tp guna agar2 serbuk.  Gambar x reti nak post kat sini.   .  Digicam xde.

forumers sekalian...ni tiramisu yg ayu buat..tp tak cantik la..tak kemas.
mmg sepatutnya dia duk dlm caserole ke apa kan..tp ayu guna spring foam..tp still tak cantik la.
boleh tak sesapa bg tips utk kasi cantik tepi dia tu...ke kena potong?
ni ayu guna cake coklat as layer...cream mcm biasa la..
walaupun tak cantik tp rasanya sodap jgk hehe

Ari ni nak cube wat Blusberry Ciskek yang bakar tuh.  . Tp sori ,  saya x tahu resipi siapa nih.  Bila tgk bahan2nya, kebetulan bahan dah ada kat dapur kecuali fresh cream.   Nak tanya .. Fresh cream tu apa ye? boleh ganti susu tak? Boleh tolong sifu2 ciskek ? Please!

fresh cream tu civic try carik kat bahagian butter/cheese apa seme tuh..
dia dok dalam kotak..nama selain fresh cream nie whip cream..[nk senang beli kat bakery supplier]
selain murah..ada mcm2 pilihan..
fresh cream tak boleh ganti dgn susu..lain tekstur dia nanti..
happy making cheese cake yea!
