Nih aku nyer Cheesecake pakai resepi Chanel (thanks a lot).
Tak ingat tah hapa nama cheesecake nih.
My guess... Mocha kot sbb ada pakai nescafe.
Dh 2 kali try and mmg jadi and very the berry marvelesss!
Dulu taruk Nescafe tp time nih Nescafe tak ada so just guna air kopi biasa and taruk coffee oil sikit.
Maybe sbb tuh kaler filling tuh tak baper gelap compared ngan dulu kot.
Sorry, tak ada mekap even pinggan pun tak cantik.
Just capai pinggan plastik anak jek.
Hihihi...

Sila abaikan kecacatan kat tepi tuh.
Telah tercolek dek jari anak.

My 1st trial mmg tak wat pun topping tuh.
The same resepi tp yg nih taruk Nescafe.
Lain benor kalernya, kan?
Klu ikut kan resepi Chanel tuh bebtul, lps taruk base, ada selapis coklat then filling then barulah topping tuh.

Thx. Tp sy dah buat dulu. Xsempat2 nak buat. Tp itulah org degil kan. Sy gantikan fresh cream dgn susu segar. Memang betui kata Kacip ....teksturnya lain. Tp habis dimakan oleh anak2. Bg mereka dah Ok dah. Agaknya nak ambil hati maknya kot . Walaupun begitu... ini tidak mematahkan semangat ku utk terus berusaha dan berusaha lagi. Akan buat lg dlm masa terdekat. Insya Allah. Dgcam dah beli. Dlm proses belajar nak upload gambar. |

Last week pi Fajar...nampak philadelphia cream cheese RM8.50 for two...
Murah giler!...tapi sbb dah nak expired..10 mei
Apalagi, tadi buat tiramisu for my baby's birthday...

mmg saja buat tinggi, nampak cantik skit
saya guna springform 8"...ikut resipi asal kene guna 9"...
Filling dia toballlllll....sodap.....baru puas mkn...
Itupon guna sebuku cream cheese je.
Pinkcoffee,
X silap sayala, kene alas dasar springform dgn aliminium foil..
Kene kasi lebih2 skit, jgn muat2 tapak je..itu kalau nak buat baked cheese.
Bagi saya, kalau nak buat yg style no-bake punya, saya ganti tapak springform dgn papan alas kek tu..
Saya guna saiz yg sama dgn springform. Cth: springform 8", guna alas 8" dan seterusnya
Peringatan: Jgn kunci springform seperti biasa kalau pakai papan alas kek ni...
Ikat dgn dawai @ tali sbb konpem kunci springform rosak ...hehehe (ni dr pengalaman sendiri ni...padan muka..hehehe)
Papan alas kek tu besar sipit je dari tapak springform..
