weekend lepas buat lagi pau ni...kali ni wat buh inti kari ayam plak....



this time buat guna Special Pow Flour or tepung Hong Kong beli kat BWY & campur Double Action Baking Powder.....pau ni memang gebu & lembut tp satu jer Pau ni cepat keras bila dibiarkan terdedah lama2....nak makan kena kukus smula......so rasa2nya elok lagi guna tepung Pau blue key tu....

pau goreng..blackpepper meat filling..dan  lebihan inti buat pie semalam ada lagi so maklang sumbatkan jugaklah...

soulha, segebu diriku, hehehe...mantou tu pau gak tapi plain je, normally makan cicah something, kari ke apa2 ajelah atau lepas stim boleh goreng, selalunya mantou ni manis skit, kalau chinese diaorg cicah soup kot
cara nak buat tu camni, doh tu soulha roll panjang,  ambik pisau potong 5 tapi jangan sampai putus, ambik minyak jagung dan sapu atas doh tu, tarik each potongan tu dan spreadkan jauh sikit (macam jari kita bila kita kembangkan) , ambik jari no 2 buh atas no 1, no 3 atas no 2, no 4 atas no 3 dan no 5 atas no 4, sekarang pegang dua2 hujung dan twistkan biar berpusing sambil tu bulatkan, paham tak?macam dalam gambar tu... nanti kalau buat lagi insyallahkak mas tepek gambo tapi tak tahulah bila lagi nak buat..

thnk kak mas..kretif kak mas yer..tengoklah nanti soulha try..rasa2 soulha dpt bayang camner..cuma nk pratik kat tepung biasa dulu...bestkan buat lain dr yg lain nie..kebetulan adik soulha nk dtng minggu depan nk suh dia wat mari tepung kuih pau blue key tuu...ngna pulut skit nk wat nasi dagang..:love::love:
