Last time wa beli kat Cosmart, Bukit Jambul. Tapi la ni nampak kat Giant, Bayan Baru..rege dlm RM 39..gitu ler..

Psttt..la ni Giant dok  ada depan Sekolah Rendah  tu ja Inai...la ni wa pi Giant jalan kaki ja...eksesais kunun..sampai rumah..gedebuk pengsan..

tadi ada terbaca pasal mee bertukar jadi warna merah.
hari tu yaya ada buat mee sekali. terlupa nak letak air kapur. dalam doh mee tu, yaya letak
kunyit. suka hati punya pasal, yaya siram doh tu dgn air kapur..sekali doh tu bertukar jadi
merah!

terus mee yaya jadi berbelang2 kuning dgn merah..tapikan, bila rebus, warna merah tu hilang
terus.

Saya memang nak beli mesin mee tu tapi tak tau mana nak dptkannya. Tak pernah tengok pun. BTW, saya dah cuba buat homemade noodles. Berjaya kali ini walaupun tak guna air kapur sebab belum lagi kapur. Rasanya 1st time buat, dough tu tak berapa keras. 2nd time buat kurangkan air & biarkan seketika sp. senang nak canai guna roller pin. Tak sangka pulak menjadi. Mlm tadi buat mee goreng, makan dgn abang & kakak.

Bai u guna resepi siapa....??? u guna plain or high protein flour?

I pun teringin nak buat mee tanpa buh air kapur....

Saya guna tepung biasa je. Yg dlm packet selalu jual kat supermarket. Saya ikut resipi yg Kak Noor paste kat sini except tak guna air kapur. Bukan sengaja tak nak guna ttp tak ada kapur kat rumah. Mcm Kak Noor cakap, dough homemade noodles ni memang keras compared dgn dough lain. Tu lah noodle saya menjadi pulak mlm tadi.

Seperkara lagi - saya perasan dough ni pun boleh buat wrappers ttp selalunya kalau nak buat wrappers kena guna kuning telur sekali.

ooo pakai plain jer...me kalu boleh taknak guna air kapur ni...ingat nak terai guna tpg high protein dulu, nak tengok dia lembik ke tak....

semalam buat mee lagi. ni apa gila buat mee tak tau lah..
tiap2 pagi breakfast makan mee...heheheh..

tapi semalam ntah tak tau mana silap...maybe terlebih kunyit (utk warna kuning)
or terlebih air kapur..mee yaya jadi warna coklat...tapi bila goreng...okay pulak..

last week tengok kat tesco pun ada jual juga mesin mee ni..
sama harga macam yg maisya cakap tu...

hari tu my sister belikan mesin mee kat chowkitt..berat gila ya allahhh...
harga dia RM80 tapi tawar2 punya hal dapatlah kurang dalam RM45..

kak Noor kat sini kalau guna tepung biasa..mee jd lembik..cam benyek gitu..melekat2

air kapur tuh kalau nak omit kak Noor rasa boleh sbb kak Noor pun buh sket aje (1 s/k)..cair jernih je air kapur tuh..kalau buat kuih tradisional lagi byk guna kapur cam kuih kasui..dan seangkatan dgnnya :cak:
