thanks kak liza......kat tempat imma panggil bengkang gandum so bila nak buat dok cari resepi bengkang gandum tapi tak jumpa....tgk resepi kuih bakar mcm sama tapi still tak sure lg tu yg tanya kak liza.......apa2 pun thanks again kak liza...

Bingka Tepung


BENGKANG TEPUNG

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 cups coconut milk(maisya guna 1 kotak santan Ayam Brands + air secukupnya)
1 cup plain flour
1/3 cup corn flour(maisya guna tepung kastad)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 drops green food colouring(maisya tambah juga pandan paste)

Directions
Mix all ingredients in blender/mixer and blend/mix until smooth.
Pour batter into greased baking tin and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 200C
*Maisya bakar guna acuan bengkang kat atas dapur gas, lebih kurang sejam dengan api yg kecil.

bukan...dia macam acuan utk chiffon cake tu tapi ada penutup dan kena bakar atas dapur gas.Nak bakar kek guna tu pun boleh..

bukan...dia macam acuan utk chiffon cake tu tapi ada penutup dan kena bakar atas dapur gas.Nak bakar kek guna tu pun boleh..

kebetulan de tanya ni,saya bebaru ni de buat 1respi.tp hangit la..yg jd masalh skang,dasar acuan bakar tu abis itam..geram tul mcm2 pencuci dah guna..susah tul nak tanggal kesan..lsng xguna sejak tu..
ada sesapa bole bg tips

saya terpaksa scrap guna scraper buat binaan tu..kadang2 guna sudu pun bleh..guna steel wool pun mmg tak jalan
kalau ada grinder yg portable tu punbleh gak..

saya terpaksa scrap guna scraper buat binaan tu..kadang2 guna sudu pun bleh..guna steel wool pun mmg tak jalan

ni resepi bingka carrot..kaler dia memang cantik..original kaler carrot tu...

Lobak 1 kg direbus
Tepung gandum 1 3/4 cawan
Telur 4 biji
Gula 1 cawan...

Garam 1/2 sdk
Santan Pekat 2 cawan
Santan Cair 1 cawan
Bijan secukupnya.

Cara:
Blend telur dan gula sampai berbuih/pekat..guna blender biasa.
Blend lobak bersama santan sampai hancur.
Campurkan bahan2 blend kat atas bersama tepung dan garam.
Gaul hingga sebati.
Kalau tepung berketul2..nak senang..blend je semua tu semula...
lenserkan minyak masak..biar lebih sikit tak pa..dan masukan bahan2 tadi..
tabut
Taburkan bijan di atas bahan tadi.. dan bakar sampai masak..

tepung kastard xde so ganti dgn tepung gandum 1 cwn + 3 sudu bsr ..

Bahan-bahan
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan santan
1 cawan susu sejat
3/4 cawan gula
2 biji telur
1 tin jagung manis ala krim
sedikit pewarna kuning
sedikit bijan jika suka

Cara-cara
"Blender" semua bahan hingga sebati kecuali jagung dan bijan
Masukkan jagung dan "blender" sebentar.
Tuangkan dalam loyang dan taburkan bijan jika suka.
Bakar pada suhu 160 C selama 1 jam
