Nak kata minat tak jugak....I tak collect pinggan mangkuk. Tu kebetulan dah ada satu set. Dah 5 tahun use the same one. My friends kat KL memang selalu pesan Corelle, tapi postage mahal bebenor.

Hubby I selalu outstation keje offshore. So kalau I masak gitu (pedas and ada kulit)...memang ler I sorang yang makan...hb I pun memang tak reti makan udang ada kulit. Not only that, I rasa depa ni pun tak reti makan ikan sekor2, mesti dah di filet.

Utk memudahkan semua, udang yg I masak semua dah dikupas kulit sebab memang dah togel masa dibeli. Tak berkulit lagi. Tapi kalau kat Malaysia I suka beli udang yg masih pakai baju....

Ramai betul suka Corelle ya. Hari tu masa borak ngan my sister kat Malaysia pun citer pasal Corelle. Sebenarnya we all borak pasal nak pergi holiday ke langkawi beramai2. Tu yg dia kata dgr cerita Corelle murah kat Langkawi. Tak tau la betul ke tidak.

I tak pandai pasal pinggan mangkuk ni. Disebabkan selalu jamu tetamu kat rumah, I beli satu set Royal Doulton - Signature Platinum untuk 8 orang makan. Cutlery pulak I guna Stanley Roger.

Sebelum kawin ngan I my hb tak reti makan ikan sekor2. Bila tengok orang makan kari kepala ikan pun dia kata "barbaric". Tapi la ni dah pandai makan ikan sekor2. Dia suka kalau ikan yg kecik2 tu digoreng garing. Tapi kari kepala ikan dia tak pernah jamah....

Sonang je tu. Pernah beli sambal olek? Selalu jual even kat American Supermarket.

1 - 2 lbs udang
1/2 cup sambal olek, atau apa2 sambal you suka, sambal ni pedas giler, so kalau tak tahan pedas letak 3 sudu besar je.
3 ulas bawang putih diracik halus
1 biji bawang besar (I selalu guna sweet onion) - blend 1/2 hiris 1/2
sedikit serai
A bunch of white or green asparagus (tak dak pun tak pe). Nak guna red or green peppers pun tak pe.
3 sudu besar gula
1 sudu besar kicap manis
1 chicken maggie cube

Cara:
Goreng bawang putih hingga garing.
Masukkan bawang besar yang diblend hingga garing. Tunggu naik minyak
Masukkan sambal
Masukkan serai
Masukkan gula
Masukkan kicap
Masukkan cube
Tunggu all ingredients kat atas naik minyak

Masukkan udang (tos atau lap ngan kitchen towel hingga kering)...tak nak ada air, nanti udang you swimming dalam air.

Masak about 10 minutes (stir frequently)...masukkan asparagus about 3 minutes. You're done

Makan ngan ulam timun. Sodap! Mak mertua lalu pun tak nampak.

p/s: Ye lah, boleh katakan ramai yang mintak I belikan Corelle, disebabkan mahal sangat postagenya I said no. I don't have any single set of Corelle. The one that my mother in law gave me for the wedding present is Pflatzgraff.

Sambal olek memang banyak dan popular kat sini. Kat rumah memang ada at least 2 botol setiap masa.

My mak mertua lalu memang I tak nampak. Kalau nampak rasanya mau kena sawan I kot sebab my mom in-law dah lama meninggal....

Hari ni sekolah dah start semula. So anak2 gi sekolah. Disebabkan I tinggal sorang I masak sekor je lobster for lunch. Goreng berkunyit pastu goreng dengan sambal olek.....

ni untuk anak makan sebelum pegi sekolah..5 minit je dah masak






resepinye

udang
sotong
2 ulas bawang putih (chopped)
1 labu bawang besar (hiris)
sos tiram
cili boh
chinese parsley

1. Panaskan kuali dan masukkan minyak.
2. Tumis bawang putih,bawang besar dan cili boh.
3. Masukkan sotong dan udang.
4. Kemudian, masukkan satu sudu besar sos tiram.
5. Akhir sekali, tabur masakan tadi dengan chinese parsley.

Hidangkan dgn nasi panas...:flower: SEDAPNYE...:flower:

dalam thread nie hanya khusus utk lauk pauk berasaskan udang sahaja..
