Chelsea's Ivory Coast striker, 28, who cost the Premiership champions £24 million from Marseille two years ago, came in for heavy criticism last season for admitting in a TV interview that he dived and scored with his hand. He subsequently issued a retraction but has now told The Sun newspaper:
"I want to move on and avoid all the pressure and scandals. Those things hurt my feelings.
"Anywhere I go, the Champions League will be there waiting for me."
Drogba was Chelsea's second top scorer last season with 16 goals as they won their second consecutive Premiership title.
Last season he told a Match of the Day interviewer that "Sometimes I dive, sometimes I stand", before correcting the comment.
The interview followed a 2-0 win for Chelsea against Manchester City, and Drogba also admitted handling the ball as he scored one of the goals.
He admitted: "Yes, it was handball, but that's part of the game. If City had done it, no-one would have mentioned it. But everyone is out to make a big mess about Chelsea."
Drogba has indicated that he would like to move to Italy.

PLS GET THIS RIGHT. u might get such idea after reading our local newspapers.. well.. they are simply reporting it wrongly. the issue is.. players who gambled are being investigated. gamble aka betting dlm mcm2 jenis judi la. sama kesnya mcm yg rooney, lampard, etc terlibat tu. itu bukan match fixing okay. cumanya kat italy ni, betting rule untuk players adalah lebih strict.
