menjadi.. asalkan buat hehe...buat yg u rasa enjoy..  i bila dah lama ikut youtube je.. buat yoga tak perlu perfect.. buat setakat mampu lama2 pose yg susah2 pun boleh buat sbb otot dah kuat. utk otot kuat kena slow2 tp konsisten...

ni my fave...fat burning yoga..1st time buat yoga pun i start dgn video ni..yg takde basic pun boleh ikut sebab takde yg komplikated pun.. 45 minit termasuk relaxation, nampak mcm senang, tapi basah lencun masa tghh buat..rasa lemak terbakar dr dalam..by the time nak habis memang rasa relax sangat..

sape yg rasa payah nak start, start with buying a yoga mat..kat farmasi guardian ada, bwh rm40. pastu start 10 minit je dulu..esok tu 15 minit, 20 minit..try tiap2 hari lama2 ketagih n jadi habit

yup i pun selang seli..ada hari i pi zumba..ada hari i pi joging/jalan2 kt tmn ngn anak..yg penting keep active dan enjoy..target utk fit & sihat

pasal gemuk..
ai yem gemuk dan badan ai berbentuk pear, maka bontot tu memang besar tang hips,
tapi sekarang tengah proses eat healthy dengan jayanya.
disamping itu execercise, ai masuk kickboxing dgn MMA kt area damansara ni..yuran dia pun ok, not bad.
anyway, start dari rumah la. mula2 train diri tu minum air suam. anggap best friend anda tu air suam.
lepas tu makan la apa2 supplement yg boleh didik tekak dan babat u dgn untuk kurang makan.
elakkan herbal life, sbb herbal life susah nak maintain...banyak keluar duit dan once u stop..u bye2..naik berkilos.

so buat shake you sendiri..contohnya greak yogurt, manuka honey, banana, buah-buahan yang lain (kalau ada mangga kt depan rumah korang amik je..tapi jangan banyak)

kenyang sampai petang..provided breakfast like a king..

pastu ko memalam amik supplement cam olive oil, cuka buah tin, campuran air halia/aloe vera/lemon/honey..

insyallah jadi..perut jadi lawas kulit makin lawa

execercise kek rumah kalau malas..buat je cenggini dulu:



pastu slow2 wat ala2 sit up...combine kan kedua2nya..

slow2 wat..lama2 jadi la..

er...yg buang air, buang lemak dari badan tu bukan kira kurus ke? huhu...kalau salah soriii..tapi fahaman aku asal servis macam tu kira kurus badan dah, since result dia sama jek

TT, goodluck! 4 kg in 6 weeks is more than okay!
I pun selalu mcm tu je, kawan2 I yg follow my diet selalunya average weight lost is 5 kg permonth. Tp ada satu kawan I ni stricly buat and in 1.5 months hilang almost 20kg. Ni betul2 strict, mmg clean eating. He avoided bad carbs, sweet treats. Makan real food je. Air bergelen2 minum sehari.
Tp berat kita ni makin closer to berat ideal, makin slow dia burn. Because dia target certain areas, thats why sometimes the first 5 kg you lost kdg2 tak nampak pon  you lost kat mana. Could be lemak perut, could be peha, could be water loss je! The most important thing is don’t give up and keep on going.
Ada kawan I berat dia naik sikit je, then bising my she couldn’t lose 5 kg in a month
Selalunya yg laju turun berat ni someone yg berat mmg obese. Mcm I time 92 kg dulu laju je turun jd 80. Once dah masuk 79, it took longer. But doesnt mean the diet is not working, thats why certain people x measure guna scale.
Kdg2 it will static for 2 weeks or a month, then turun 3 kg! Tu kira badan you dah get rid of the stubborn fat at  certain area mcm kat thigh ke, lengan ke.
3 kg tu banyak ok for lemak tepu
Just keep going, then once a while. Treat yourself! Pegi la makan burger ke nasi lemak rendang ke. But just for one day! Jgn jd cam I. 2 bulan stress, 2 bulan i lupa diri hehe pdn muka berat naik pastu dah gems pastu I gak stress benci tgk cermin huhu

tadi timbang berat dh jadi 66.7
seronok sangat
kawan pun dah tegur napa kurus
pdhl baru turun 3kg
minum air teh hijau dengan avoid air manis
lagi berkesan dr skip makan nasi

saya makan banyak sebelum ni
memang suka makan alasan stres serabut murung macam2 la alasan
jadi bila azam nk kurus tu dah start kurang makan
ambik jugak cinch cafe awal2 dulu nk ajar mkn sikit, bila minum cinch cafe perut jadi cepat penuh, memang x boleh masuk makan, bila habis satu tong turun dua kg je, tapi dr segi shape and inch tu ada la rasa kurang, skrg dh pandai makan sikit, so tak makan pun boleh tahan
teh hijau xpasti la ngandung boleh minum ke x, rasa xda masalah sbb dia teh sama je cuma ori xda perwarna
kat giant rm13.lebih untuk 100 uncang
kat speed mart rm7.99 untk 20 uncang

Eh berat sis pernah cecah 150 kg ye. Naik macam hapa yelah dah sis mencekik ubat antipsychotic kan. Water retention. So sis exercise jalan kaki. Dah dekat tiga bulan baru 5 kg turun tapi oklah berat statik dari bertambah. Stress aku ok.
