choc, sue tak penah wat kukus resepi kak hannah tue...
so far dah byk bijik sue juai kek resepi kak hannah tue...alhamdulillah semua menjadi...mmg moist n rich chocolate tau....

today is my eldest daughter's birthday. (6yrs old)
dlm keadaaan tak larat membawak perut skg ni.. i decided buat sebijik kek coklat kecil for the teachers n
for kids, order kan donut dlm 60 biji je.
Buat choc cake kukus style zaiima coz oven dah tinggal kat kg.
sbb malas, instead of i guna tepung gandum yg kena ayak dgn serbuk penaik, i gantikan dgn tepung kek yg dah sedia ada serbuk penaik tu.. kes malaih nak ayak2 ni.
Alhamdulillah cake turn out nicely.. i guna loyang 7 inch je, so kek kecik je lah. balance tu i letak dlm muffin cup utk makan sendiri kat rumah

bangun pagi tadi baru buat topping n taruk choc rice tu..

Salam,

sy x pernah reply apa2 kat food & recipes cuma jadi pembaca & mencuba secara senyap jer...

tp lps cuba kek kukus bepop tu & success ada pertanyaan pulak..

Dah 2x sy ambik tempahan utk cikgu2 anak lepas sy bwk kek ni utk pertandingan kat sekolah dia

mak sy ada suruh letak kat kedai dia utk dijual, bulan ramadhan ni suami suruh jual kat bazaar so sy nak tanya kat forumer2 sini, berapa lama agak2nya kek ni boleh bertahan...

1. Dalam peti sejuk
2. tanpa disimpan dlm peti sejuk

advisable to use medium heat..
kalo kecik kang lambat plak masak..
kalo besar sgt apinye(berkemungkinan merekah), nanti kek akk jadi kek senyum coklat.. eheh

kalau simpan kat luar aje rasanye 2 hari tahan kot.
kalau simpan dalam peti sejuk lama ckit tahannye.
tapi biasanye kakau kek ni tak dan sehari dah abis

biasa dok buat makan sendiri aje tapi ada kawan cakap kalau jual biasanye orang ambik 1 kali ganda modal.
kalau modal RM10 jual kek tu dengan harga RM20

ha, satu lg, sblm ni kalo nana kukus kek, xpnh tutup dgn kertas foil tu (btul ke aku tulis ni )...mak suh tutup sbb takut air jatuh atas kek, tp sbb kedegilan ku ini, mmg pun air jatuh atas kek, so berlekuk2 la jdnye kek tu.... nak tanya, kek kan akan naik ms kukus, kalo kita tutup kek tu tetap naik gak ek....huhuhu apa la soalan aku nie
