I vote on the fence...bila menulis esp formal email, surat mmg i make sure grammar seperfect yg boleh. Bila dpt staff yg lemah sikit english writing byk lah contengan kt surat yg di draf.. Tp bila bercakap habis terbang grammar aku.

Mcm boss aku pulak (snr mngr chinese) speaking writing cincai je asal smpi maksud. We malaysian mah.. Katanyalah

sometimes.. kalau forum sini ok kot nk campur2 dan tak tulis tak betul. klau forum luar org akan sceptical. kdg dgn certain sentence dah tahu level english mcmna.

Yes.  I am but to certain situation.  
WhatsApp,  i prefer short and simple.  
Paperworks,  perlu teliti.  kadang yang baca masa meeting memang suka suki cari salah kat paper tu.  Terutama bahagian akaun tu.  

Bila bercerita dgn staff pun kenalah padat dan ringkas.  Tp bila dgn adik beradik, kalau ble nak guna ayat yang seringkas boleh. Dengan ibu perlu gunakan ayat yang panjangggg dan teliti.  Sebab ibu generation baby boomers.  Ada lagu dan pembayang

err...it's a slang for being particular and wants something in a certain way
letak vowel kat * tu and google it coz it can also mean something else, that's why i * it. we have 5 vowels and you can start with 'a'

Kat ofis mmg i grammar police pun, english and bm. Sbb our team manage surat/email customers so i take my job seriously sbb reply kami mewakili company. Mana surat yg panjang explanationnya i akan vet thru dulu. Kdg2 colleagues dr dept lain htr emel suh i betulkn english. Ada masa i offer ajar basic english kt staff yg lemah, ada jugak yg rajin bertanya yg ni i suka. Bila dah lebih 10 tahun buat keje ni bila baca komen/article/socmed my brain automatically will try to scan thru the use of grammar, vocab etc My english x perfect pun but kita ada guidelines and systems to help us out. Then guna language tools yg bersepah kt internet, even the experts use them...

Now dah duduk kt negara org dan perlu bercorresponding dgn locals, i have become self conscious a bit. Language style kat sini different, kdg2 iols mintak hasben tolong vet my writing...in return kdg2 dia tanya i gak how to spell this and that...mcm kita malaysian gak kdg2 ejaan bm pun ke laut..so english ppl pun sama je

I can be a Nazi sometimes eventhough Im not that good myself. Cuma kadang2 kalau benda benda simple pun boleh salah then I’d be furious!

Kalau kat kerja, harus grammar Nazi.. sbb  boss/supervisor expect everyone to speak n write proper English sentences. Kalau WhatsApp, FB status ke, tak kisah.
