Pakai susu ideal/susu/krim/yogurt utk masak...tatau la pada org lain pakai susu lagi best rasanya dpd pakai santan esp for curries...tahan lama plak tu...nak2 kalo left overnight curry tu mmg power besok pg makan ngan roti canai...
Lain2 kegunaan - nasi2 tumis, kek ngan puding etc...agar2 telur daun pandan tu pun aku pakai susu ideal gak instead santan...best...tapi kalo wat nasik lemak pakai susu ideal mmg fail la...bau satu macam sket... |

dah pernah cuba... kacang dgn jagung tu kena masak dulu bagi kembang tau baru boleh masukkan susu cair... jangan masuk banyak susu cair ..nanti rasanya pekat sangat... jadi tak sedap... ni melalui pengalaman cuba susu cair...

setahu saya 3hari hingga 5hari. letak dlm peti. klu saya klu tak der stok santan, saya pakai fresh milk
utk ganti santan. lemak pun terasa jugak.
mcm tu jugak susu unta. kat tempat saya nie klu nak minum susu unta fresh..pegi cari gembala unta tu, ckp nak susu unta. suami dan anak suka minum. but not me...geli bila lihat org perah susu unta tu..
bagus utk kesihatan.

seri susu tu kene mendidihkan dulu ke sebelum dibuat yohurt atau cam mane ek, aku tak confident la susu tudibiarkan saja sampai jadi yohurt, takut ade bakteria jahat. Cam ne nak tau kalau susu tu dah tak elok utk diminum? masam ke? kang kalau masam aku ingat dah jadi yohurt lak... cam ne ni |

setahu saya, susu yg 'ter' jadi masam sbb simpan lama, bukanlah yogurt. sbb yogurt ni kita culture guna bacteria lain, good bacteria la kata omputih
selalunya kalau nak buat yogurt, beli la yogurt natural flavour yg kat kedai tu (tapi kena beli yg live yogurt, kalau tak tak jadi) lepas tu campur la live yogurt tu dgn susu, simpan sekejap, nanti semua susu yg kita campur yogurt tu akan jadi yogurt
tapi selalunya pakai susu yg dah diproses, yg di pastur tu, kalau pakai susu asli yg baru perah tu, x sure la pulak macam mana |

Aku pun selalu beli susu mentah kat india dkt umah aku tu...dia kata kalo lom masak susu tu leh taruk dalam tpt beku 2 mggu pun takpe...tp kena masak la kalo nak minum didhkan perlahan je dalam 5 minit supaya selamat, aku ske curdle yg on top tu...lemak...fresh milk ni pas masak sedap minum sejuk...lg sedap dari susu kotak tu...kalo consume masa panas ada bau sikit...nak wat yogurt pun bleh kalo dah masak, beli starter (yogurt india dlm palstic tu atau plain yogurt kat supermarket) dan kacau ngan susu yg dah masak tadik (suam) fermen dalam flask 1 hari...actually guna 1 sd besar for 1 litre susu pun dah cukup...aku dah pernah wat pun ok la sedap dan pastu aku wat lassi mangga atau lassi nanas pakai yogurt tadik.. |

Dulu masa kecik kecik ada jiran kerja dgn Jbt Pertanian and Haiwan. Selalu order susu lembu segar dari dia (tapi dah siap disimpan dlm bag plastik) - bila nak minum, my mum masak susu ni dulu -- lepas tu baru minum.
Bila dah besar sikit beli susu dgn satu India. Tiap tiap hari dia hantar ke rumah. Satu pct $2 ringgit kot, Sebab saya tak suka bau susu fresh (ada bau lembu) saya panas dgn halia hiris.
La ni beli jer dkt kedai boleh simpan satu minggu (ikut expire date dia).
Tak pernah pulak buat yogurt -- rasa nya kita kena stim botol tu sebelum isi susu. Entah dah lupa dah, dulu ada orang ajar buat tapi dah lama dah ![](static/image/smiley/default/smile.gif) |

Akum,
ni nak tanya sume, suka pakai susu pekat manis brand apa?
Jaja biasa guna F&N, tapi sekarang rasanya dah lain, mcm dah
banyak gula, rasa lemaknya dah kurang. dah x berapa sedap.
Forumer lain pulak macammana?

biasa kalo buat milo saya letak susu pekat bervitamin F&N satu sudu pastu tambah susu cair F&N jugak dalam 2-3 sudu .. supaya rasa lemak sikit.. kalau letak susu pekat aje tak rasa lemak le.. rasa manis je.. |

Skang soy pakai susu cair full ceam jer dah terbiasa lak smp ketagih minum ngn nescafe...sbb susu pekat skang seme banyak campuran minyak especially creamer ... boring jer tgk bila letak dalm fridge jd keras dan ada lapisan minyak tebal...rasanya pon dah tak lemak...dulu suka sgt guna milkmaid full cream nyer susu pekat..skang dah takde...napa eh dah discontinue..suka kalu abang ipar gi amsterdam balik dia misti bwk susu pekat brand nestle dalam bentuk tube ubat gigi...sedap gila |

1 T. Butter
Blend in blender very well. Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen.
The mixure will be kind of thin, but will thicken up after standing for awhile.

2 cups sugar
2 cups instant non-fat dry milk powder
6 tablespoons melted butter/margarine
Blender or electric beaters
First get out your blender. You can beat the mixture with electric beaters if you prefer, but a blender really does a better job. A food processor would probably work pretty well too, but I've never tried it. So anyway, measure your hot water into the blender. Add the sugar, dry milk powder and melted margarine. Put the lid on the blender and whirl it around for a full minute. The mixure will be kind of thin, but will thicken up after standing for about an hour.
This recipe makes about 3 cups, or the equivalent of two cans of condensed milk. Each store-bought can of sweetened condensed milk contains about 1-1/2 cups. So this recipe is equivalent to two cans. The mixture may be measured and used right away in any recipe calling for sweetened condensed milk. Or for longer storage, divide the mixture equally between two clean pint size canning jars. Store them in the fridge for a week. Or for longer storage, freeze them for a few months, and then just thaw before using. Every time you use this recipe instead of buying the name brand stuff from the store you will save about $3.00. Not bad for less than five minutes work.
And for anyone who is skeptical: Yes, this recipe really works in all of the recipes the canned stuff does.
