the Indon navy used the same method during ambalat and found it very effective indeed. kalo krisis ni jadik lagi, depa nak bawak supertanker plak

Don't forget the Icelanders. Small patrol craft ram frigate and destroyer = Nice damage.

I think both the person in charge and the trainee was at fault. The trainee was at fault as he made the wrong decision and failed to spot the danger and his superior equally at fault for not correcting it. But to say all their seaman are lousy would be a bit unfair. Afterall everyone makes mistakes, what's more the person was a trainee meaning he wasn't fully qualified yet. Important thing is to learn from it. And besides RSN does really have a record of many such incidents

I think they should reconsider to install TCAS system into their ships if they keep playing blackjack while on sail....
