perlu proton kena jaga seperti isu dulu2 adalah kualti..
ada beberapa owner persona mengadu ada problem..tak sedap didengar ada yg menyesal beli persona.lgpun org Malaysia sensitif pasal kualti proton jd kalo beberapa kerat je komplen pasti jadi bualan merata rata tempat.
so hati2 proton.Kualiti perlu tip top utk menutup bualan org2 yg nak ambik kesempatan jatuhkan sale proton. |

Bukan masalah pasal beli MV Agusta tu... sebenarnya MV Agusta tu bila Proton zaman Mahaleel beli dier langsung takder nak bangunkan balik syarikat yang dah bankrap tu. Kalau nak beli MV Agusta, sepatutnya kena buat macam mana Hong Leong beli MZ dulu. Masa Hong Leong beli MZ tahun 1996 dulu, MZ pun dah nak bankrap, tapi Hong Leong pulihkan balik MZ, bangunkan model superbike pertama diorang dan kuarkan model2 kapcai dier untuk pasaran Asean (model2 kapcai tu takder jual kat Jerman). Ini tak, main beli jer pastu biar jer MV Agusta terkonting2 gitu jer. Tu yang makin rugi syarikat tu. Tapi bila syarikat lain beli dari Proton dgn harga 1 euro, time tu la MV Agusta pulih balik. |

Haa... yang tu memang betul. Sebab tu la dua kawan kita Datuk Azlan dgn Datuk Syed Zainal Abidin selalu pesan pasal bender2 ni kat sumer yang terlibat dalam bisnes keter Proton ni daripada orang atasan sampailah ke budak kilang, dan termasuk gak laa vendor2 komponen dan gak dealer2 diorang laa. Orang kita ni memang cerewet giler pasal kualiti, terutamanya kalau keter Malaysia... kalu ada slack sikit jer dah satu Malaya dah dijaja citer kununnya sumer keter model tertentu kualiti teruk.
Aku rasa untuk pastikan kualiti komponen automotif yang dibekalkan bukan jer kepada Proton tapi gak kepada syarikat automotif lain termasuklah kilang2 CKD (local assembly) ni sentiasa bermutu tinggi, aku cadangkan semua komponen automotif sepatutnya nak kena ada pengesahan SIRIM gak laa macam barang letrik. Baru la orang yakin pasal kualiti dier, tak gitu? |

Apa rasionalnya proton beli mv augusta haritu? Diorang memang takde plan nak keluarkan motosikal berkuasa tinggi kan?
Kalau lah ada syarikat tempatan maam proton versi motosikal baru benda ni boleh jalan.
Nak harapkan modenas, hampir tak nampak r&d langsung...

Masa aku belajar kat UTM dulu aku ada gak tanyakan soalan sama pada beberapa orang engineer Proton yang buat demo pasal enjin Campro kat UTM anjuran Persatuan Kejuruteraan Automotif UTM. Salah sorang drp diorang cakap tujuan dier ialah nakkan skill design nyer laa drp diorang. Tu jer laa. |

Tu la pasal... walaupun Proton ada kuarkan arahan kat vendor untuk tingkatkan kualiti pun Proton tetap gak dalam dilema sebab kalau Proton singkirkan vendor2 kualiti rendah ni pun nanti Proton susah gak sebab dah takder lagi vendor Malaysia yang lain untuk certain komponen, kalau amik vendor asing pun nanti kos akan naik dan harga keter akan jadik lagi mahal. So untuk pastikan kualiti diorang sentiasa tip-top tu laa yang aku nak cadangkan pengesahan SIRIM tu laa. At least bila SIRIM sendiri yang approve kualiti diorang pun dan tentu vendor2 ni akan bersemangan untuk buat komponen yang berkualiti lagi tinggi laa. |

Proton's Malaysian Chopper

MV Agusta may have been sold off, but this has not stopped Proton from coming up with this prototype chopper.
Powered by a 1.5 litre engine derived from a Wira - the 300kg bike was developed to test the capabilities of the company's research and development team.
It uses a five-speed gearbox which also comes from a Wira. In fact, 90 per cent of the components are sourced from cars.
The bike has a rigid frame. The front tyre is a 21-inch 80/90 while the rear is a 210/50.
The top speed is unknown, but with a four cylinder car engine in that frame, this machine will probably cruise from dusk till dawn without any problems.
Project manager Mohamad Nazrel said there were no plans yet for a production bike.
There are rumours that the team's next project will be a trike using a Campro engine.

Riding Proton's Motorcycle

IT扴 not every day that you get to ride a concept bike. So when Proton gave me the chance to ride its two-wheeler, I was ecstatic. There I was at the Proton plant in Shah Alam, feeling a bit dizzy in the afternoon heat. The photographer, a fellow journalist and I had been waiting for some time to get clearance for our camera equipment. There were a lot of paperwork and phone calls to be made, but it was worth the wait. As our hosts ushered us into a room at the Proton research and development department, there in front of us was this colossal orange chopper.
At first, I didn抰 quite know what to make of it. It was like something that Paul Jr had just built on American Chopper. But instead of a V-Twin in the rigid frame, there was a 1.5-litre Megavalve engine from a Wira nestled snugly in the frame. No. This bike is obviously not a product from the days during which Proton owned MV-Agusta.
For starters, the bike would look more at home on the set of Mad Max rather than in a motorcycle showroom. The battery was uncovered and the alternator jutted out next to your right foot. The tank had an angular, simple geometry. The rear wheel was a 17-inch Proton car rim, shod with 210/50 motorcycle rubber, while the front is a 21-inch rim with an 80/90 motorcycle tyre. To drive the wheels, the R&D team removed one side of the drive shafts from the Wira gearbox and used the other to power the rear wheel via a 90-degree joint. A car caliper and brake pads completed the rear wheel assembly.
The exhaust was custom-made from stainless steel. All in all, an estimated 90 per cent of the parts on the bike are sourced from car parts. Even the R&D team acknowledged that their work was a little 搑aw |

Laa kalau dah sumbat enjin Wira kat dalam motor tu, memang tu la hasil dier, huhuhu...
Motor camtu kan kalau nak cantek pakai jer laa enjin V twin cam Harley... tapi projek yang bleh dikatakan projek suka2 ni saja jer nak buktikan yang diorang bleh gak gunakan enjin keter sedia ada untuk bubuh kat motor laa, hehehe... |
