Nak beli rumah.Ambil loan rumah atau personal loan? please advise

better amik loan rumah..rate lg rendah n method dia pun based on baki berkurangan x macam personal loan, rate tinggi, n berkadar lurus..meaning total interest lebih tinggi..

kalau ikut komitmen tt tu layak jek nk lepas loan rumah..maybe syarat pb terlalu ketat kot..cuba la bank lain..fyi, cara kira kemampuan bayar balik utk loan kereta n rumah sgt berbeza..loan kereta mmg senang nk amik..kalau loan rumah kena tgk berapa balance duit kita lepas tolak komitmen..

personal loan bayar tinggi..interest tinggi..tp ko pinjam 100k ko kena bayar dlm 10 tahun je kn??lepas 10 tahun enjoy dah duit gaji..tp kalau loan rumah..lama..30 tahun..kira2 sama jugak even interest rendah..kalau aku..aku pilih bsusah2 dulu..lepas 10 tahun enjoy..tp kalau personal loan lame..tak pyh lah weh

better try lagi housing loan....mcm forumer lain bagitau..

patutnye xde masaalah..kalau ikat 20thn pun dalam rm650 + car loan rm460..rm1110, belum lepas 50% lagi komitment..cube try dengan bank islam/muamalat..

i baru je approve with muamalat..blr -2.4 sampai habis bayor rumah

ye..murah..kat kedah saya beli..area jitra...umah teres kos sederhana..tu yg nak sebab umah yg lain sama kawasan rm135k keatas..

agen saya ckp arini dia nk follow up dengan public bank pasal loan saya..kalau xlps,..saya nk suruh dia try muamalat je..gaji saya bank muamalat..lagi senang trs potong je direct seiap bulan

dulu pernah beli rumah buat loan PB ok je tapi 6 tahun lepas la gaji masa tu bersih pun tinggal 1k je suami pun gaji rendah tapi OT banyak lah.OT pun dia boleh ambil kira tapi OT dalam masa 6bulan.harga rumah 170k.
rasanya bergantung pada branch kot.

apa loan pun boleh ... tapi elakkan bank islam atau guna perbankan islam ... nama jer islam, tapi menghisap darah lebih hebat drp bank kapir ...

100k tu tak banyak weh..kalau aku..aku prefer cepat2 bayar..10 tahun settle kalau ko bayar rm1k sebulan..kalau ambik smpai 30 tahun byr sikit2 mcm seksa diri je..rm1k je kot sbulan..beza brapa ratus je kalau ko buat pnjaman perumahan pon..lain lah kalau ko pinjam 300k..

ak ambik bank islam bro...tp xambik yg flat rate tu ..ambik yg stended BLR - ni nama kt konvensional ....kt bank islam BFR....so tolak BFR -2.5 .dapat la interest rate rumah 4.1% ms beli tu ....yg lain2 survey lebih kurg .....cuma ak ambik bank islam sbb de LTHT n MRTT.....even lawyer loan pun 20% harga rendah dr bank konvensionl ....rate apung BFR if berubah  plg tinggi bank islam kata 10.75%..if lebih dr tu BFR dlm jngkamasa pinjaman rumah tu ,bank islam tanggung byr..if konvensional mmg ikut rate semasa.. sebab bila p tgk umah...tuan rumah da suruh agen ni yg deal..so kita bgi benda2 yg berkaitan..dia yg uruskan la loan bank semua

U...klu u amek personal loan rm100k u xkan dpt bersih rm100k pon...plg2 koman hampir rm15k - rm20k hilang dah..buat dorg process segala2 bende tu... So u dpt lebih kurg rm80k je..
Pastu tolak hutang kerete buat early settlement dtp la rebat sket...

I xtawu sgt psl rumah tp psl kete in shaa Allah boleh je nk tnye
U nk beli rumah tu agent da bgtawu bpe kos2 yg lain2 tu... My sis beli rumah 2nd lawyer fees lg mahal dr beli rumah baru...around 11-15k jugak... Hubby i beli rumah bru xsmp 5k pon lawyer fees..

Yep... Mmg lebih baik buat housing loan... Tp klu x silap i housing loan utk islamic mesti loan rm200k ke atas ini utk ambank.
So mmg kena amik conventional loan. Klu u masuk loan nak buat islamic mmg processing reject terus (ni my fren gg bgtawu sbb dia processing utk housing loan ambank)

Mgkn boleh try cimb...xbyk procedure sgt kot... Wish u luck...

dah decide ker amek loan yg mana?

jgn amek personal loan...coz ini category loan2 jahat yg merugikan.

loan2 baik - based on reducing balance over time :
1- housing loan
2- ASB loan

loan2 jahat - fix term loan yg merugikan over tenure:
1- personal loan
2- car loan
3- credit card interest
