awal2 mmg u akan rasa susah. plus dgn mentaliti kata tak mkn nasi nanti x kenyang, godaan klo lalu depan kepci ke,pizza ke.ptg2 nk makan goreng pisang la,kepok lekor la,donat la.belum tambah nak pekena teh ais la,teh tarik la,teh tiga layer la. stop all that!itu yg wat jd gemuk sebenarnye.

ag satu, find ur motivation.mcm iols, sbb boypren iols yg challenge sebelum bln puasa.iols ingt ag ape dia ckp.."u can't lose weight.i know u can't.u will stay fat like this forever!" iols waktu dgr dia ckp cmtu, mmg rasa nak nanges.siot punye boypren!pastu dia sambung.."if u think i'm wrong, prove that i'm wrong.because i know i'm always right.i give u one month,i want to see if u can lose at least 5kg.but i bet u can't"..huuuu!!! perasaan time tu,xtau cmne nak ckp.mmg down gile. tp bila iols pikir blk..ok,fine,challenge accepted. itu yg turun byk tu.

bila dh nampak turun,muka dh kecik, baru dia ckp.."actually, i know u can do it. i purposely said so."..alhamdulillah..dia byk support.blikan buah utk stok kt umah,byk share dgn iols tips utk jaga badan ape sume.plus dia pon mmg main gym ape sume.makin syg iols dgn dia.hahhahaha!

Salam dear...setuju pemakanan mmg kene jage...nasi bole ambik tp dlm kuantiti yg sedikit...elakkan mkn malam...ais..minuman bergas jgn ambil... yg paling penting toxin dlm bdn kene jugak disingkirkan...pembuangan juga kene betul dan lawas..u bole try bio cleanser..sgt bagus utk pelawasan...bole kata la hari2 mesti buang...rasa perut lega sangat..i baru ambik 3 mggu this product..mmg sgt bagus...kire ape yg kite makan hari ini..dia akan keluar esoknye...perut xdela buncit..sekaligus leh control berat bdn..hehe..if berminat i leh tykan sil i...

I dulu pon susah nak lose weight. u name it semue i tried. last2 i buat HCG diet. 2 bulan i lose 12kg with total cost only RM2300 (murah dr plg slim centre cost 10k tu). Treatment selamat sbb kita buat dengan certified doctor.

Mmg berkesan tp klau uols nak buat HCG nie, semangat kene kuat sbb dlm treatment tak boleh ambik gula langsung, no starch & kene ikut plan pemakan yang betul.

Kalau nak tau details pasal treatment nie uosl google je

Aku baru lps pantang...kali ni memg bdn aku naik skit x mcm masa dpt anak 1st dulu...

aku p urut kat salon kakak ni tp tggu lps luka baik...dia bising kata mesti aku mnum ayaq byk dlm pantang..memg pun tp ayaq milo..ayaq masak x sgt..ayaq putih ka apa masa dlm pntang x leh mnum sgt...

then masa urut dia duk takutkan aku jgn bg bdn kembang lg..nanti susah nk slim balik..then dia kata gemuk ayaqni jgn bg keras ja..kalau x, habisla xleh nak buat apa...mcm dia pegang paha aku, dia kata lembik ni cepat2 buang ayaq..kalau dah keras, habihla ang..aku pun x tau nk wat apa..hrp2 dpt buang semua ayq nih

tak payah nk kurus, cuma kena tahu cara yg betul...kekdg kurang pemahaman tentang diet yang betul membuatkan kita rasa diet tu mission impossible

aku rasa lagi susah nk maintain lps kurus

huhu akak pun tengah dok berazam nk turunkan berat badan ni....nk turun kalu x boleh dlm 10 kg ,dapat turun 5 kg pun jadi la....dh la perut muncit

berat da naik dr 68 to 75...blurppp..tinggi 157..mcm2 da wat..wxercise n diet pun ye..tp tu le..degi ...

hehe berat sama mcm sy dulu..sy lagi rendah 152 so mmg gems hehe..u just jaga makan(control ur food portions), workout, minum plain water cukup, insyaa Allah boleh dapat hasil

just kurangkan fast foods, processed foods, sugary, oily..sy amik nasi sekali sehari time lunch (sepenumbuk)..sy start bulan 1 last year, by bulan 5 last year jgk dah dapat angka 5 kat depan..now dah setahun lebih after changing eating habits and lifestyle, maintain angka 4 kat depan. sy tak buat atkin diet, sbb sy kena amik karbo dan makan nasik.

diet cara sendiri..
aku x makan nasi..
so dulu aku pernah naik berat badan smpai 60
pas aku diet...x mkn nasi siang/malam..berat aku turun ke 54..
nak kurus lagi da mcam x boleh jerk..
so aku menten jerk cam tu..x de kurus sgt & gemuk..
bangun pagi2 aku minum delima gulshan, pas2 jus yg aku buat sendiri, minum air halia yg aku buat sendiri & ambil vitamin
lunch cuma mkn sayur + ayam atau ikan
malam2 aku x makan dah..nk tidur minum air halia lagi sekali
aku jugak x minum ais & yg manis2/berperisa/bergas..air masak kosong jerk

diet atkins jaaa...dah kat 7 tahun...

yg penting ubah terus cara hidup..bukan dan kurus lantak mcm biasa balik..haruslah ko naik 3x ganda dari tu

ubat2 ni membantu jaa..tp usaha yg berbaloi2 adalah diri sendiri berubah...

aku juga dalam usaha untuk kurus tak banyak nak turunkan pun, dalam 4-5kg je. tapi degilnye lah lemak2 tersebut geram betul! sekarang ni control makan, amik nasi sikit je padahal nasi tu feveret tuuu, plain water minum banyak, pastu workout. mudah2an diri ini istiqamah.
