Dear Customers,
With the implementation of GST, your TM bill has been enhanced with a new look. These enhancements are as below.
Enhancements to take note :
1. TM Bill Header
The TM Bill header is now enhanced with information on:
Supplier’s name, address and GST registration ID number, Tax Invoice displayed on right hand side of the bill as r equired by the GST Act 2014.
2. Account Summary
This section provides the summary of the current month’s charges and the corresponding applicable GST as well as outstanding charges from any previous bills.
3. Adjustment on Previous Bill
This section indicates a Credit Note amount if the total adjustment is negative or Debit Note if the total adjustment is positive. This is provided in the Account Detail section of your TM Bill where all previous bill adjustments are listed and totaled up.
4. Summary of GST Information
Total Taxable GST items are broken down by tax code and the applicable rate. GST- Standard Rate (SR) at 6%; Zero Rate (ZR) at 0%.

1. Why does my bill have the word Tax Invoice?
The word Tax Invoice is in accordance with the GST Act 2014.
2. Is my TM Bill similar to previous TM monthly bills?
​Yes. Your TM Bill is essentially similar to your previous TM monthly bills except for changes as highlighted here in compliance with GST Act 2014 requirements.
3. Are there any changes in the pricing for services provided by TM?
​No, our pricing (excluding GST) remains the same.
4. Are all products and services subjected to GST?
​In principle, all products and services provided by a GST registered service provider for consumption in Malaysia are subjected to GST at 6%.
5. Are deposits subjected to GST?
​Deposits are refundable thus it is not subjected to GST.
6. Can customers claim on the paid GST?
​Only customers who are GST registrants are entitled to claim for Input Tax Credit (ITC).
7. As a TM customer who is registered for GST, if there is a credit / debit note in the bill, do I need to make adjustments in my GST Returns?
​No, because the total amount adjusted is already inclusive of GST.
8. If my bill is in a foreign currency, will TM show the conversion in RM?
​TM will show the conversion in the GST summary as it is a requirement by the Royal Malaysian Customs to show the GST amount in RM. |

tak payah la nak batak sangat dgn GST.

Diorang x sedar yang semakin diorang meratip pasal gst semakin diorang stress.... Aku peratikan masyarakat cina lebih memahami gst dan tak meratip mcm org melayu... Org melayu ni meratip sbb terikut2 walhal x faham, last2 yg berdemo guling atas jln pun orang melayu |

Sebelum ni kerajaan memberi pengecualian service tax 6% kepada servis internet untuk menggalakkan rakyat menggunakan internet . semua produk internet (data) broadband, streamyx, unifi, di kecualikan ... selepas GST tiada lagi pengecualian bagi semua produk tersebut.. kecuali International Roaming ( org kaya yang pegi obersi)..jadi.. semua produk data plan tak kira streamyx, unifi , celcom broadband dll.. akan di kenakan GST 6%

jangan nak bohong akak sis.
sah2 la kakak subscribe unifi, mmg service tax 6% dah berkurun ada, sama juga dgn postpaid telco juga ada 6% tax sebelum ini.
lepas ada GST pun sama jah la rate tax nya, cuma tukar nama tax jah.

unlimited maksodnya xda bandwidth sis...boleh guna sebanyk mungkin...tapi yes ada kata once pengguna dia reach certain number, limit jadi 30 gig sebulan.
so far unlimited lagi sis.
