Permohonan Visa australia ditolak. apa perlu kita buat untuk rerapply?

Tengah menunggu. If ada yang kata boleh,i try terus. But since puan idril kata kena tunggu i tungg ...
Btw sy ada tgk info di FB juga, and ada yg kata kalau lambat sangat tgu reply from embassy, boleh je apply visa vsf. Cuma nt yg application di embassy akan terbatal kut (if x silap lah). Sy pun xberapa psti. Sy pun dah takda hati nk tggu sbb ambil masa lama more than 2 weeks. If tunggu2 and suddenly refuse, ada baki sikit masa je utk apply yg 600 . So now sy decide juba utk apply visa subclass600 terus dalam minggu ni. Redha je if ada rezeki ada la..huhu. Sakit ht betul dibuatnye |

Just nak inform,visa husband dah lulus. Alhamdulillah. Total hari menunggu 13 hari. Harap kawan kawan yang lain akan dapat kelulusan semua. Amin. |

so ertikata kalo nakpergi lagi 10 bulan ke 1 thn apply visa dulu la ya.
kalo apply tapi passport hubby lama expired nearly belas tahun bole apply kah

Amin. Dah lebih 2 weeks kan. Mungkin boleh try call. Sebab ada thread sebelum ni dia call baru dapat makluman yang xlulus so dia apply subclass 600 yang bayar rm 600 tu. |

Personal opinion sy, cuba timbang2, ade reason x embassy x luluskan application tu? Kalau keje ngan government or company yg ade gaji tetap rasa2nye x perlu apply 600 laa..
Kalau keje sendiri pon duit dlm bank tu mungkin kalo nampak stable cash flow x perlu risau insyaAllah..
Submission additional documents ni procedure je, terpaksa harung walaupun sgt menguji kesabaran..
Sy rase skarang ni makin byk applications yg diorg kene handle sbb tu nampak processing time diorg tu dah more than 2 weeks, more like 3-4weeks dh jadinya... |

Kene buat passport dulu sbb visa tu link dgn passport, kalo tukar passport visa pon kene buat baru.. |

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysians are the worst visa abusers when it comes to overstaying in Australia.
There are currently 62,000 people overstaying their visas and living illegally in Australia, with Malaysians making up the largest sum.
According to the Australian Department of Home Affairs, between 2016 and 2017 alone, 10,000 Malaysians had overstayed, followed by about 6,500 people from China and 5,000 from the US. British backpackers had previously topped the list.
Between 2016 and 2017, the Department of Home Affairs kicked out or placed under detention 15,885 people who had overstayed their visas
Overstayers can often face deportation, detention, and bans from re-entering Australia for a minimum period of three years.
Australian Immigration authorities said more than two thirds of the total figure came to Australia on legal visas, but continued to live on for more than two years after their visas expired
It was reported that 20,000 of the total number were believed to be have been working.
More than 70 per cent were there on expired visitor visas, while 15 per cent were on student visas, and working holiday visas made up about 3 per cent.

In reaching my decision that you do not genuinely intend to stay temporarily in Australia for the purpose you stated, I considered several factors, including:
• Your personal circumstances that would encourage you to return to your home country (or country of usual residence) at the end of the proposed visit (such as ongoing employment, financial commitments, family, property or significant assets)
• The purpose and period of stay
• Previous immigration/travel history (such as previous visa applications for Australia or other previous overseas travel).
I considered you are employed as xxxxxx with National xxx of Malaysia. You have provided copy of your payslip and leave approval to support this claim. I gave these information some weight.
I considered you provided the Department with a copy of your Maybank online account summary for MYR 14xxx as at 2 August 2018. While I note that your salary is consistently credited to your account, it also identified unexplained source of funds.
I also considered that you provided the Department with copy of your spouse’s Maybank statement. While support from third parties may assist a decision maker in determining whether you will have sufficient financial support while in Australia, the onus is on an applicant to provide sufficient evidence to demonstrate their own means and capacity that would enable a decision maker to determine that an applicant has sufficient incentive to return to their home country or Malaysia.
After considering the information you provided to the Department and concern with your financial status, on balance, I find you failed to provide evidence of strong ties in Malaysia that will act as a strong incentive for your return to Malaysia. I therefore, not satisfied that you genuinely intend to stay temporarily in Australia for tourism purposes.
As you do not meet at least one clause in Schedule 2 of the Regulations, ie clause 600.211, I have not turned my mind to whether you satisfy the other Schedule 2 criteria.
Decision
As you do not meet at least one clause in Schedule 2 of the Regulations, I find that you do not meet the criteria for the grant of a VISITOR (Class FA) VISITOR (Subclass 600) visa.
Therefore, I refuse your application for a VISITOR (Class FA) VISITOR (Subclass 600) visa.
