Huhuu so far mmg ade kat kedai brg bakery je laaa.. tmpt lain nan adooo...dh jenuh mencarikk Kt cold storage tk tau la ade ke idak.. haa lg satu kalo nk mencari NDWC ni, jgn la pi cari kat rak2 biase bhg chiller tu.. @ kt bhg dairy whipping cream.. sbb ia sbnrnye berada di dlm peti sejuk beku! (saya pon baru tau hr tuu )

Biase sy buat pavlovanye dulu.. katekan esok customer nk amik, mlm ni sy siap2 baking laa..
Tp kalo kes urgent, biase pas msk sy biarkan at least 1 jam dlm oven tu then baru kuar & sejukkan.. kang letak krim mase pavlova tgh pns2 takut cair lakk

budak opis jual sebijik pavlova yg besar rm25 jer...amik kos barang2 jer..murah gile..
heran jgk..cmnela org leh jual smpi rm90 sebijik..cekik darah btol..bukan ssh pun buat..kata membe aku tuh la...

tp mmg sodap..xpuas mkn..ari selasa nk order lg..

Yg jual RM90 sebijik tu, ntah ekk.. maybe based on beratnye.. atau maybe mahal pd buahnye.. eg. guna blueberi.. maybe jugak die buat double layer.. sbb kdg2 kite nmpk pavlova tu cam same je, tp hakikatnye berbeza.. selain nak kena kira gak kos2 yg lain spt letrik etc tu.. maklumlaa baking pavlova ni sgt lameeee

bkadang2 jual mahal sebab permintaan tinggi lagipun pavlova ni dah femes kan.tp kita jual x sampai hati plak nak mahal2 kan..

kadang2 buah atau cream yg dia guna tu mahal kan...

tk pyh masuk peti ais.. simpan dlm bekas kedap udara je pon ok.. org kate bleh thn sampai 4-5 hari.. nnti dh nk buh krim br kuarkan.. tp tk prnh lk lg try simpan gitu skali hihii
