ni dah confirm.. juve dah filekan appeal ke TAR Lazio Tribunal tadi. takut aku... teringat kes genoa last year... masa tu TAR kata its up to FIGC to handle it (i.e appeal genoa gagal), TAR tak masuk campur. tak tau in juve's kes ni, approach apa yg diambil oleh lawyer2 nya.. apa2 pun, i dun thnk reasoning diorang sama mcm kes genoa (unless mmg saja2 cari nahas supaya kalah appeal ni n kena tolak lg byk point/kena ban!) |

New Juventus signing Jean-Alain Boumsong was unveiled to the Press at the club's Turin headquarters on Thursday.
The club officials were pleased to present the 26-year-old defender, who was specifically requested by new Coach Didier Deschamps.
"Boumsong is the defender we've been looking for," said sporting director Alessio Secco. "Deschamps wanted to sign him and I? pleased we?e been able to grant him his wishes."
Deschamps himself added: "He has very good experience, having played in the French national side and the English top Division.
"I'm pleased he accepted the project we have here, he is very motivated and happy in his new environment and is looking forward to working with his new teammates".

Juventus Appeal Anyway

Despite the possibility of facing further disciplinary action, Juventus appealed their verdict in the match-fixing scandal to a civil court late Thursday. "The procedure is under way," said Juventus chairman Giovanni Cobolli Gigli right before the club unveiled its latest signing, French defender Jean-Alain Boumsoung from Newcastle United.
Gigli's comments come just a day after FIFA issued a warning that the world governing body could ban Italian clubs from international competition and force the current World Cup holders to withdraw from Euro 2008.
"I continue to say with the utmost peace of mind that there has been too great a disparity between the treatment of ourselves and the other clubs; we are merely calling for similar treatment," added Gigli.
The Italian football federation, too, could enhance its punishments against Juve, which was demoted to Serie B with a 17-point penalty and had its last two Serie A titles stripped |
