dah bace sikit mcm mana nak buat pau kat page belakang....kalau tepung pau tu kita ganti dgn tepung roti boleh ke....dulu saye pernah tanye orang kalau nak pau tu licin, kena sapu minyak kat atas dia....betul ke.....

Pernah buat tapi tak segebu guna tepung hongkong atau Superfine Flour. Tepung gandum pun not bad cuma warna tak putih.  

Tepung Roti = High Protein Flour. Suitable for bread making.

Tepung Pau / Hong Kong Flour = Low Protein Flour. Suitable for pau and other steam method bread.

dulu2 rasa lenguh jugak nak perabis sekilo tepung..tp kalau dah biasa tu rasa sekejap jer..hehhehehee...satu senaman gak tu..cuma jangan naik muscle dah lerrrr

Kero buat pau ni ikut resepi tepung blue key tu...tp tepung pau takde & guna tepung gandum je laa. Best gak resepi tu, still lembut even guna tepung biasa & kero buat separuh je resepi tu. Separuh buat hijau..

Alhamdulillah setelah berguru dgn kakak2 forumer di sini akhirnya inilah hasilnya....

Pau Inti Kacang Merah
sebelum kukus


Kesilapan kerana meletakkan pau ni dekat2 masa kukus maka dia melekat antara satu sama lain disamping saiznya bukan main besar lagik


3 biji ni bakar sbb tak celuih nak masuk dlm periuk kukuih...hehe

haa....maila umah check kat pinggiaq bandaraya aloq staq......ala dekat ngan gunung yg keberapa terendah taktau kat kedah ni.....maila.....

family check tentulah suka.....sbb kat sini selalunya pau kacang hijau....so bila sekalisekala makan pau inti kacang merah pun sedap kan.....but depa pakat dok suka pau hat bakaq tu......ala kat sini mana ada oghang juai pau bakaq....



pss kak jeja ni oghang kedah ek...?

OK OK nanti kak ja tempek gambaq pau tu. Selama ni tak dan nak snap dah lesap. Semalam ada buat inti kacang merah letak coloring purple sikit. Biasa guna resipi Amy Beh, rasa2 belum ada resipi tu kat sini.

PAU DOUGH

Ingredients

475g Hong Kong flour or Waterlily flour or Superfine flour, sifted
1 tbsp instant dry yeast

Pinky, utk bentukkan pau tu.. bulatkan doh & leperkan sikit, potong 6 bhgn (6 wedges).
Buat cara sama utk doh warna lain. Ambik satu bhgn & selang seli dgn warna lain. Rapatkan wedges tu & tekan sikit.
Rehatkan kejap & uli leper sikit & masukkan inti. bentukkan mcm biasa.

Inti mmg buat sendiri. Kacang merah, air & gula je. Kalau buat sendri boleh adjust bnyk mana nak guna & lg fresh meh
Pau yg pinky buat tu pun nampak menjadi sgt2..gebus.
