errr....kalau lobster tu kira udang jugak ker? udang la kot kan? hehehehe.....hari tu masak Butter Lobster....tak penah makan lobster pom...ni la festaim pertama kali.....sedap la...anak2 sker.

err...boleh ker kail lobster kat laut  kacip? saya beli masa saya pegi Labuan...kat sana murah skit.....kalau tak, tak mampu eden nak beli lobster..... .hehehe......

err..ye tak ye jugak..hahaha..
no wonder laa baru nie my bos bawak balik udang dari sana..
katanya mmg murah kalau compare kat semenanjung nie..tapi kawan dia yg kasik..
saya bahagikan yg kecik-kecik satu beg..yang besar-besar satu beg..
tinggal yg besar-besar nie, dah blur nk masak apa..
ingat nk bakaq sj..ermm..idea tak mai lagik..hihihi..

UDANG KUAH NENAS

UDANG KUAH NENAS
• ½kg prawns
• 0.2kg pineapple cubes
• 0.3 litre water
• 0.03 litre cooking oil
• 3 lime leaves
• 2 tsp salt and pepper
• 1 tsp ajinomoto

Ingredients A (blended)
• 0.05kg onion
• 0.04kg shallots
• 0.03kg garlic
• 0.04kg fresh turmeric
• 0.04kg lemongrass
• 0.02kg ginger
• 0.03kg red chillies

Method:

Clean and wash the prawns. Heat the wok, add cooking oil and saute ingredients A together with the lime leaves. Cook until fragrant. Add water and the pineapple cubes. Simmer for 10 minutes. Then, add prawns and simmer until cooked. Add seasoning with salt, pepper and ajinomoto.

resepi ni dari forumner Cari kat bod parenting. dia cipta sendiri based on udang telur masin yg dia rasa masa kat taiwan ke kat korea.

UDANG TELUR MASIN

Bahan2:
Udang segar
bawang putih- cincang
halia- hiris halus
telur masin
susu pekat manis
garam secukup rasa.
daun ketumbar (kita tak masuk sebab tak suka )
sedikit minyak untuk menggoreng

cara2:
Gaulkan udang dengan sedikit garam.
panaskan minyak, gunakan api besar. gorengkan udang tadi sekejeaaaaapppp ajer then keluarkan. (dia kata ala-ala bersalam je dgn api)
Tumis bawang putih dgn halia sampai harum
Masukkan udang tadi n goreng sampai 3/4 masak.
masukkan telur masin dan gaul rata.
masukkan susu pekat manis dan gaul rata sampai masak. (anggaran 500g udang, 2-3 sudu teh susu pekat)
Masukkan daun ketumbar
Goreng lagi sekejap, angkat dan hidang.

* 1st time buat memang sedap.
* 2nd time buat kita bubuh cili api hiris kecik2... laaaaaaaagi sedap!

nak try jugak ker? butter pron saya ni simple jer....


Butter Prawn (basah)

Bahan2:
1/2kg udang sederhana besar (dibelah belakang dan di buang taik yg itam2 tu)
butter atau marjerin
2 ulas bawang putih, dicincang
5 biji cili padi, diptong halus
3 sudu besar susu pekat manis di cairkan dgn 1/2 cawan air
secubit garam
1 sudu besar tepung jagung

2 kuning biji telur
minyak masak

Cara2:
telur:
-panaskan 2 sudu besar butter/marjerin di dalam kuali bersama 1/2 mangkuk minyak masak
-pukul telur hingga kembang
-masukkan telur ke dalam kuali, sambil tgn mengacau2 laju...(camno nak oyak yer...? tp saya pon tak pandai gak,hehehe)
-kacau2 hingga telur nampak agak garing...angkat dan toskan. Ketepikan.

udang:
-panaskan 2 sudu besar butter dan 1 sudu besar minyak masak
-masukkan udang...dan goreng hingga masak dgn api yg besar...kira2 5 minit sahaja.
-angkat udang dan masukkan ke dalam pinggan.Ketepikan

sos:
-panaskan 2 sudu besar butter....kemudian tumis bawang putih dan cili padi hingga wangi...dgn api yg besar jugak
-kemudian masukkan bancuhan susu pekat manis dgn tepung jagung ke dalam kuali...kacau2 hingga sos nampak pekat,masukkan garam
-cepat masukkan pula udang...kacau2 biar so rata...tutup api.
-masukkan udang ke dalam pinggan, tabut telur yg sudah siap di goreng tadik....dan boleh la di ngap...hehehe


ni udang guna resepi kat atas ni jugak..cumer tak letak telur. sos sahaja.
