chemp, shida biasa makan cheese cake hak chilled yang bergetah tu kat hotel. may be quantity dia banyak le then kek tu jadi bergetah. memang :geram: tak lalu nak makan.

ckp pasal hotel ni kan...so far dok pergi seminar kat  hotel sana..hotel sini...dessert kat sheraton jgk yg tak leh lawan...1st huda akan cari bread pudding...mmg tip top la....last year tak ingat bulan brapa, seminar kat sheraton imperial..bread pudding xde, yg ada apple crumble...pergghhhh....sampai sekarang teringat2...tiramisu, cheesecake...kesimpulannya dessert kat sheraton (imperial & subang) semua sedap2 la.....mmg ambe pulun sakan la dessert kat sheraton ni :lol

masa kat palace of the golden horses ari tu huda makan tak chilled cheese cake dia. yang tu le rasa dia cam bergetah.

shida suka black forest dekat mandari oriental. teringat-ingat kesedapan kek dia tu :mll: tapi sebiji kecik je pun dulu dah lebih RM80.

warda kompiuz sket... apa beza tsp dengan tbsp eik...(untuk sudu)

sebab warda pernah tersilap tgk resepi... sepatutnya tsp, warda bubuh tbsp... (ikut sudu acuan tu), hasilnya biskut warda terlebih kembang... sebab terlebih soda dan baking powder

boleh kata camca makan jugak laa..tapi tak seswai kalau nk guna..takut terlebih terkurang sukatan nanti..
kalau warda guna set measuring tuh..kat setiap sudu tuh akan ada tanda..

1/2 tbsp

err..warda agak2 sendiri ke masa buat biskut tu?

sudu sukatan ada... tapi warda kompiuz dgn resepi yang warda salin..sbb bila tgk sudu, ada tsp dan tbsp.. ... so main bubuh je la.. tu pasal biskut tu jadi kembang semangkuk, dah la resepinya guna tepung naik sendiri,,... mmg kembang biskut chip tu:ketuk:

nak tanya kenapa bila masukkan telur dalam adunan butter n gula yang telah dipukul kembang,telur tu berketul ketul tak mau sebati dengan adunan butter tadi.:geram: :geram: .padahal telur dimasukkan sebiji sebiji...adakah kerana adunan butter terlebih kembang atau telur belum sebati then masukkan yang lain pulak...atau kerana apa ye:stp: ...mintak maaf kalau dah ada orang tanya soklan ni...(kalau ada kt pg berapa)

malunya nak tanya soalan ni

saya ni 1st time buat cake.....mcmana...kalau kita buat cake,terlupa letak gula dalam adunan..ada tak cara yg boleh bagi cake rasa manis...adoi la..cake saya rasa  tawar.......
