hari tu terajin nak try buat puding roti ... guna resipi hanieliza yg ni...

Puding Roti [hanieliza]

Bahan:
A:
500 ml susu segar/fresh milk     
8 keping roti (gardenia/high 5)

B:
4 sudu besar gula halus ( boleh tambah lam 1 0r 2 sudu kalau nak manis)            
2 sudu besar butter               
2 biji telur ayam
1 sudu teh esen vanilla
1 sudu besar tepung jagung

C:
2 sudu besar kismis hitam


CARA:

1. Hancurkan /koyakkan roti dan rendam dalam susu 1/2 jam
2. Kacau dan gaul rata bahan B.
3. Masukkan kismis dan tuangkan kedalam loyang.
4.Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 30 minit/masak.

Sos kastard

bahan-bahan
I tin susu cair
1 sudu beso tepung kastard
2 sudu beso gula

cara;
masukkan semua bahan lam periuk, panaskan lam api kecil gaul hingga pekat macam sos. di makan bersama puding roti


tapi kita guna roti yg colourful... beli kat desaru... roti tawar biasa jek tapi colourful... pastu instead of guna kismis.. saya guna prune.....

ni la roti kalerful tu... hihihihi


dan hasil nye... tarrraaaaaaaa.....




bila dah letak sos kastart...... tapi sos kastart ni saya tukar gak .. guna balance susu segar instead of susu cair





yang pasti ... memang sedapppppp... tq k.hanieliza.....

Rich Chocolate Pudding.....first time buat masa bulan puasa yg lepas, terus jatuh cinta dengan puding ni...sedap! Memang terasa coklatnya. First time dulu buat ikut resepi dari myresipi, tapi second time buat Maisya dah ubah sikit sebab tak de susu tepung so guna susu pekat. Puding ni maisya buat lembut sikit, makan pakai sudu.

Nie version asal


RICH CHOCOLATE PUDDING -junjs11 @ myresipi

Bahan-bahan:
1/2 cawan serbuk koko
1 cawan gula
1/2 cawan susu tepung
1/2 sudu teh garam
4 1/4 cawan air
4 sudu besar tepung jagung
1/2 sudu teh esen vanilla
3 sudu besar butter
10g serbuk agar2 (Tanpa perisa) -maisya kurangkan, saja nak bagi dia lembut sikit

Cara-cara:
1. Campurkan semua bahan kecuali butter dan kacau selalu hingga mendidih.
2. Masukkan butter, kacau hingga pekat.
3. Angkat dan masukkan kedalam loyang atau acuan yg disukai.

*Kalau omit serbuk agar-agar, air guna 4 cawan sahaja.


Nie plak version yg dah dimodified


RICH CHOCOLATE PUDDING :

A
1/2 cup cocoa powder
4 tbs tepung jagung
1 cup water
#campur bahan-bahan ni dan kacau hingga sebati

B
1 cup condensed milk
2 cups water
1 tsp vanilla essence
#campur bahan ni dan kacau sebati

C
3 tbs butter

D
2 tbs agar-agar flakes(* refer nota kaki dibawah )
1 1/2 cups water
#campur kedua bahan ini dah masak hingga agar-agar larut sepenuhnya.
#masukkan bahan A,B...kacau sentiasa hingga hampir mendidih
#masukkan bahan C dan kacau hingga pekat
#tuangkan ke dalam bekas dan sejukkan

*agar-agar flakes:
nie maisya kisar agar-agar strips tu guna blender kering tu sampai jadik serbuk kasar ...senang nak sukat.


Rujukan utk penggunaan agar-agar taken from http://www.vegcooking.com/vegcooking-gelatinalt.asp :
   -  1 Tbsp. of agar-agar flakes is equal to 1 tsp. of agar-agar powder
   -  Set 2 cups of liquid using 2 tsp. of agar-agar powder, 2 Tbsp. of agar-agar flakes
   -  Keep in mind that highly acidic ingredients, such as lemons, strawberries, oranges,
      and other citrus fruits, may require more agar-agar than the recipe calls for.
      Also, enzymes in fresh mangoes, papaya, and pineapple break down the gelling
      ability of the agar-agar so that it will not set.
      Cooking these fruits before adding them to a recipe, however, neutralizes the
      enzymes so that the agar-agar can set.
   - Substitute powdered agar-agar for gelatin using equal amounts.
