kacip... tanya sket... nak buat tu topping I guess I know lah. Tapi roti tu bahagian bawah tu kena sapu apa-apa ke or just letak je kat baking tray? Projek breakfast yang menarik ni...

doh tu sebenarnya cuma 'peram' (the correct term is proof) sampai 2 kali ganda naik dah cukup. kalau terlebih proof nanti bau/rasa yeast tu kuat sangat.

and yes, oven temperature is very important. sebenarnya kena suhu kuat supaya pizza masak serentak atas bawah. kalau oven kat rumah better make it 200C at least. it should be cooked in about 15mins.  original pizzas are baked in a brick ovenw/wood fire. sebab tu i selalu beritahu the participants in my baking class to buy an oven thermometer. you can try buying it on eBay.com. so far yang i pernah nampak jual oven thermometer is at Sogo and also at kedai bekalan bakeri Wilton kat Tmn Shamelin. saya punya jenama Pyrex and dah bertahun masih elok lagi.

anyway, to make italian style pizza, the best is to use a pizza stone in your oven. kat sini so far tak ada nampak kedai yang ada jual pizza stone.

pizza stone ni bukan saja helps maintain the desired temperature but also absorbs moisture from your toppings as they cook.

in absence of that, the next best thing is to use a pizza pan yang jenis berlubang kat bawah.

otherwise, your pizza masak kat rumah tu ala dough roti dileperkan and bubuh topping kat atas :nyorok: macam those 'pizzas' yang jual kat Carrefour/Jusco/bakeries tu je. :geram:

and btw, pizza dough tak gunakan telur atau other fats like margerine or butter except olive oil.

mudah lg cepat..

PIZZA MUDAH STYLE SAYA

4 keping roti putih gardenia ( sapu sedikit marjerin dan bakar hingga garing terlebih dahulu)
sos pasta PREGO
sosej ( hiris bulat2)
cheese

cara buat:
sapu sos prego atas roti td, kemudian hias dgn sosej dan cheese..
bakar sehingga cheese kelihatan cair..

pizza terdesak tapi okay tuh. kalau nak sedap guna garlic butter tapi takyah bakar dulu just bakar all together dengan topping/cheese. sedap juga kalau guna tuna, tak kiralah perasa apa tapi jenama ayam tu sedap. kalau tak nak guna apa-apa topping, try using 3 cheeses - mozzarella, cheddar and parmesan for a cheesy pizza. jenama Italiano ada jual mix dah siap - it's called Pizza Plus ada jual at all the leading supermarkets.

guna baguette pun okay - jadi bruschetta lah tu. here's a simple bruschetta recipe:

1 can whole tomatoes, drained

2  tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic
salt
ground black pepper
1 large French baquettes sliced 1-inch thick
mozzarella cheese, sliced 1/4-inch thick

Preheat oven to 180C.

In the bowl of a food processor, add drained tomatoes, basil leaves, olive oil and garlic. Blend but don't make it into a paste, then add salt & pepper.

Spread garlic butter on baguette slices, bake for about 4 mins, take it out and spread the tomato mixture and cover with mozzarella cheese then bake until cheese melts about 1 min or so.

Pizza Doh
1 sudu teh serbuk roti (yis marsipan tu boleh guna setengah paket) - sorry kalau salah nama brand ni sbb Min lupa
1 sudu teh garam
1 sudu gula
4 cawan gandum
Air (depends on flour quality)

Dalam mixing bowl masukkan serbuk roti, garam, gula & sedikit air, kacau sikit. Masukkan tepung dan tekan suis le sambil masuk air sedikit demi sedikit sampai menjadi doh, jangan terlalu lembik. Uli dengan mixer tu dalam 5 minit. Lepas tu gaulkan dengan tangan & boleh tambah sikit gandum kalau terlalu lembik, bentukkan ia seperti  bola. Tutup dengan kitchen towel yang telah dilembapkan. Biarkan kira-kira 4 jam. lepas tu ambik segengam tepung gandum letak kat loyang pizza. Keluarkan doh into loyang pizang, ratakan sampai leper dan rasa ok tu, boleh letakkan mince meat sauce, paprika & apa2 yang you rasa nak letak dan last sekalim cover ngan cheese. Bakar dalam 180 degree dalam 40 minutes.

Mince meat sauce
Mince meat dalam 250g
1 onion (diced)
1 tomato (diced)
half tin mushroom button (kalau x suka abaikan)
1 tin kecil tomato puree
garam secukup rasa
sedikit black pepper
sedikit oregano
sedikit garlic powder
Sedikit butter for frying

panaskan butter, masukkan onion, goreng sampai layu sikit. Masukkan mince meat, kacau sampai half cook. Masukkan tomato puree & tomato, stir sampai kering. Masukkan garam, black pepper, oregano & garlic powder. kacau sebati & tutup api & biarkan sejuk sedikit sebelum disapukan pada pizza.

cubalah...senang aje..saya guna isi tuna yg dalam tin tuh..Mimpi boleh pelbagaikan ikut selera sendiri..yg penting cheese tu kena byk..
saya parut rasa byk jugakk tapi mcm tak puas plakk..lepas bakar parut lagikk..bakar sekejap..tahan jugak roti nie untuk sehari dua..bila dah lembik skett saya panaskan dalam oven toaster..mak aihh...lagikk sedapp laa...

saya guna tuna seperti gambar kat bawah nie..maklumlah free..orang kasik melambak2..mushroom pun sama gak..tu pasal boleh terfikir nk wat pizza..
